“Comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff. Breakfast of decent quality. Rooms are well equipped but tired (Iron didn’t turn on, bathroom extractor not working, ceiling fan motor noisy). Ample parking on site. Restaurant food at dinner was really good.”

“房价不贵，但房间很少，床垫太軟。洗手盘和冲凉去水很慢”

“Very friendly staff”

“Green stays plan is good to keep privacy and cleaning needs at good balamce.”

“环境很美，性价比高，早餐美味，且离莎翁小镇近，是理想的选择”

“We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.”

“Absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was superb and would highly recommend.”

“Stay clear! Don’t know when the photos were taken but it’s not like that now! We arrived at house and knocked door to get access to lodge… no answer! Just a faded note we couldn’t read and guttering falling around front door. Anyway thought we would go to lodge to see if we could find anyone only to find mouldy doors, cracked dirty render, rusty cars in parking area and piles of junk outside every door to lodges! Hence we left and booked a holiday inn which was good! I’ve asked for a refund……

“Beautiful clean room , for an old building the creaky , slopping floors were as expected. Very well stocked breakfast but I wasn’t sure where we were supposed to eat it so we went back to our room so perhaps trays should be provided? My only problem was the wedding / house side , I think it confusing. Even though the staff were very friendly, I felt in the way the next day after check out as the bridal party were setting up for their wedding. Perhaps an area could be set up for non wedding……

“Staff friendly and helpful. Nice old fashioned pub with good atmosphere”

“Arrived, to check in. No one around. Rang the doorbell no response, rang the phone number, voicemail. Waiting 20 minutes, range the phone number no response, rang the door bell again, no response.. Asked next door if anyone was around, didnt know anything. The left hand side of the hotel has an area you can see through the window, absolute tip. To add insult to injury, today i got a message from them asking how was my stay when they would know i hadnt checked-in. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.”

“Location of the hotel conveniently close to the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.”

“Lovely house. Brilliant location same great communication”
