Escape to tranquility, just 90 minutes from the bustling heart of New York City, in our unique woodland retreat. Tucked away from the street, this intimate haven offers a rare experience with nature, prioritizing charm and simplicity over luxury.

Our property is a wildlife enthusiast's dream, with regular sightings of deer, foxes, turtles, raccoons, and various birds, all contributing to a deep connection with nature. Besides the range of activities including a swimming pool, a pool table, and a wooden badminton court, the house is equipped with a large TV, perfect for movie nights and indoor relaxation.

The house comfortably accommodates guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The summer-ready outdoor cabana further enhances your natural living experience. Our decks are ideal for dining al fresco, embraced by serene greenery.

For beachgoers, the ocean is accessible via a short drive over the Smith Point Bridge or a scenic ferry ride from Patchogue. Delight in the excellent dining options nearby in Bellport, like The Bellport, Painters, and The State Room in Patchogue.

More than just a place to stay, our home is a retreat for reconnecting with nature and creating lasting memories. Here, simplicity and the beauty of the natural world form the essence of your stay, offering a serene and exciting escape in equal measure.

Very outdated. Bedroom that holds the 3 beds, is an attic (very hot) with one bed and 2 mattresses on floor. This is really a 3 bed place. Pool was nice. Clean as well.
