Comfortable and Quaint w/ a Hot Tub

A four bedroom home: one room has a king, another has a king, one a queen bed, one room with two twins.

The dining, living, and kitchen areas provide guests with a clean modern space for gathering.

The basement is finished. The queen bedroom is in the basement, there is a ping pong table, there is laundry down there and an extra shower/bathroom if needed. Should you need to sleep more than you are able in the five beds, you are welcome to bring an air mattress or sleeping pad. There is one Cabelas full size camping pad available.

A there is a three person all year hot tub on the back patio as well as a fire pit, gas grill and patio chairs.

Upon leaving, strip the beds that were used and leave sheets in the respective rooms. Make sure all dishes are done.
Upon leaving, take out all trash, turn off lights, and lock the door.
