"Wenig bis keine Informationen beim Einchecken. Zum Beispiel dass Rezeption ab ca. 8 PM nicht mehr besetzt und die Türe geschlossen ist. Eintritt via Nebeneingang wurde nicht mitgeteilt. "It was good, three things I didn’t like, the wifi was on/off, inadequate, I was not offered help to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs, (but then again I didn’t ask) And I had 1 hour late checkout, which I had to pay for,"

"Staff courteous and helpful. Linen clean, bed comfortable, A few problems: bathroom door did not close; no plates or cutlery (though decent wine glasses were provided); entry door was hard to open (it needs new rollers); window and door frames shabby; caulking and skirting boards chipped and scuffed. ..."
