"Very comfortable house in converted Jackfield Old School. Grandparents had the en-suite bedroom on the second floor and parents and 2 boys had the double and twin bedrooms with family bathroom on the first floor. Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge was perfect for us all and there is a balcony and small garden perfect for eating outside. Walking distance along the river to many attractions in the Ironbridge Gorge as well as a multitude of pubs serving good food."

"The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. When checking in we were given the wrong code for the key safe so was unable to get into the property, we waited for nearly an hour for the host to finally call me back and give me the correct code. "This was a last minute booking. Really great room rate. We were running a little late but staff were brilliant. Booking in was not bother and Courtney on the desk was understanding and very patient with frazzled travlers. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. Great pressure in the shower. Lovely breakfast, fresh and filling. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again."
