"Great quietj location and house. Would suggest a few pedestal fans for bedrooms on really hot days. Otherwise everything was perfect for a beach holiday. Our grandson enjoyed putting out seed for the birds. Great yard for our dogs and directly opposite the broulee dog beach. Thanks Michelle."

"We booked on the back of Ian's excellent list of positive reviews as some properties on other sites just had a handful. The main thing you want to know is we had a perfect and enjoyable stay as it's so close to a great beach and the property was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, ( BYO garlic crusher ) if that's what you like otherwise it was a good space to prepare and eat meals. Good internet connection too.House is on a quiet street with the noise of the waves to relax to with enough space for the 5 of us and comfortable sofas and bedroom space.Before our stay Ian was in touch phone and SMS to ensure we had all the info we needed to check in.This is one we will likely return to as the local area has a lot to offer in terms of beachs, eateries and Mogo mtb trails a 9-11min drive. Thank you again Ian for a pleasant stay for our family."

"We will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful home. It comfortably fit three families, with massive indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was clean and beautifully presented, and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cookware you could need. "Beautiful part of the NSW South Coast with gorgeous patrolled beaches and national parks. Quiet and private unit despite being part of a unit complex. Unit was clean and functional albeit tired and in need of some maintenance. Distance to the beach is a bit deceiving with the large caravan park fenced off and blocking close and easy access to the beach, forcing a drive to the beach rather than walking particularly for a young family. "

"A standard cabin, adequate for our needs. However, the location is a bit inconvenient and you need to travel to Moruya for services and shops. Beach is nearby."
