Very helpful staff. We have returned many times.

We stayed 6 nights , but the last 2 nights there was a group of kids on our floor after 10:00pm were running around yelling and screening. I received a text at 9:40 from the front deck regarding the noise, but it continued and no one came up to deal with it. The last night at 12:30 am a grown up was knocking on there door and yelling trying to get into his room, it continued on for 15 min. Also the swimming pool was closed for repairs so for those reasons won’t stay there again and don’t recommend this hotel

Dirty. Rugs were so disgusting! Couldn’t even walk bare foot in the room. TV did t work. Remote didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. Messy. Not kept up or replenished. The workers just came to pack up and close when it was closing. Automatic pancake maker had no batter. Empty. Food trays were empty. Extremely disappointed in the breakfast!!! And disappointed in the room service. They don’t make the beds. They don’t clean the rooms. Don’t expect room service here. Bad hotel. The nice looking front entrance is a misrepresentation of the entirety of the hotel. Don’t let the pictures online fool you. False fire alarm. We had to rush and stay out. And no apologies from hotel staff.
