Farmer's Inn = Warm and Welcoming
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Even though our schedule changed at the last minute, Debbie was accommodating and personally helped us get situated. Her home was welcoming, clean, organized, and safe. After a particularly long day, we returned home to find an enormous plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table with a personal note from Debbie. Are you kidding me? How sweet was that? If you choose to stay on the eastern side of Glacier, we highly recommend the Farmer's Inn.

Home has everything you could want.
We had five in our group and the home was perfect for us. We so appreciated the washer/dryer as well as well nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The home was spotless. The Wi-fi can be spotty at night, but it was a nice benefit after hiking all day with no outside connection to the world. Debbie and Charles were the perfect hosts!

A really nice house!
The location was perfect for us. The house had plenty of space, and was very clean. The hosts were friendly and kind. The fresh baked banana bread made us feel so very welcome. I would highly recommend this rental!

Gracious hosts with well maintained property near Glacier
Charles and Debbie were gracious hosts. We enjoyed our stay and visit to the area. We very much appreciated the brownies and cookies that Debbie baked as well as the housekeeping services. The property is well maintained and relatively close to Glacier National Park entrances (30 minutes to Two Medicine, 41 minutes to St. Mary, and 48 minutest East Glacier) and Waterton National Park in Canada (80 minute).

Glacier Family Trip
Debbie and Charlie Farmer were very gracious hosts. This VRBO home thad everything you could possibly need!! It had even more items than I do at my home!! We wanted to cut down on driving time, so we stayed a few days on East Glacier and some on West Glacier. I wish we had stayed longer at The Farmer's Inn! We all enjoyed the individual loaves of delious Banana Nut Bread. We hope to return in the future! Thanks for the memories...

Clean, Comfortable house
Very accommodating host who provides a clean, well maintained house with comfortable beds after our active days in Glacier National Park. I underestimated the distance to the park from Browning but seeing as it takes quite awhile to get anywhere in Montana, I should have expected as much! Only about 22 minutes to Two Medicine which is my personal favorite area of the park so that’s not bad. It is not often that a host leaves treats as a thank you for staying at their property! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Perfect for East Glacier
We enjoyed our stay at Farmer’s Inn very much! This charming home had everything we needed and was very comfortable! We spent all our days going to Glacier NP. It was an easy drive to all the east side entrances. We even went to the park on the Canadian side. When we would return after a long day of hiking, we would find homemade treats for us! Such a wonderful surprise. We would recommend staying here.

UNPLEASANT
The owner put a camera on the porch everyone that came or entered the house he came and questioned why they were there. Stood on the wall watching made the women feel violated. He peeked in the front door one am my father 92years old and brother just looked at him. worked in the yard daily whenever we were home to watch us, would not let us use the basketball which he listed. I had family fly from Alaska Arizona and us from Washington and my family left sat am they were very uncomfortable, so I had to reimburse them since they lost out on 3 days. the first day he would not let me change names that i sent in. I have rented from VRBO a lot and have not had this experience will never use. even cars parked on the street he had them move which one was mine I did not move it because of its city property not his. He then added a camera to the side of his rental to watch very creepy started watering every am 7 when we were in bed trying to enjoy our time off.

This is by far the best stays during our two weeks’ trip. The host Debbie is super friendly. The condition is mint and very comfortable. Noting to beat 4 bedrooms and two baths to spread out the family. During the early season most of Glacier National Park is on the east side and this location is so convenient to major east side attractions and not bad to the west side. Definitely would stay again if we revisit the park.

A good stay
It’s a pleasant stay. Debbie made delicious chocolate cookies and banana bread cake. The house is very clean. The cons are: the neighborhood is sketchy. The master bedroom has washer and dryer in the closet, which makes master bedroom not an ideal room for a couple.

The washer and dryer are not in a closet, they are in a utility room off the bathroom in the bedroom. We have been at VRBO for 10 years and no one has ever said anything about it.

Everything the advertisement listed and more! Upon arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Farmer, who was exceptionally nice and welcoming. We entered to find an arrangement of fresh cut flowers on the dining table and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies on our last day. Spoiled us to say the least. Great place to stay!

This place was very clean & property very well kept. Debbie & Charles are very friendly & generous. The extra beauty supplies & toiletries were very generous. There was a bunch of flowers to welcome us on the kitchen table & then a plate of homemade cookies to say thank you & goodbye! The location was perfect for our 2 day journey into Glacier National Park.

Very wonderful hosts who made sure we were comfortable. The property was clean and the four bedrooms were well stocked with luxurious linens and towels. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The outdoors area had lots of flowers and comfortable lawn furniture. A solid five 🌟 Highly recommended

Glacier vacation
The property was very well maintained and loaded with amenities. The host was very flexible with our arrival time when we experienced a 3 hr delay crossing the boarder from Canada We had a service dog and the host was very nervous about the dog being on the property. We hope that our following all the ADA guidelines will help them be more accommodating with others that have service animals in the future. Our experience was pleasant!

We are so glad we rented this lovely house while visiting East Glacier. Spacious clean and such warm and welcoming hosts. The freshly baked cookies are so nice. They cleaned the house each day- unheard of for a house rental for two nights. Interesting to experience Browning for a couple of nights and the park is almost as close as the more traditional tourist town of East Glacier, for dramatic cost savings.

The house was very clean and welcoming with many amenities. Our hosts Debbie and Charles were very helpful and kind. Debbie’s blueberry muffins and toll house cookies were an amazing surprise for us after our day of hiking and exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Glacier.

Great place to stay
This is a very comfortable home. Debbie and Charles have it very well-maintained and clean. We enjoyed being away from the touristy part of GNP and getting to know a bit about Browning as well as the wonderful park. The hour drive to Many Glacier gave us a chance to see the big sky, the rolling plains, ranging buffalo, and the mountains in the distance - things you don't see from inside the park. St Mary is only about 30 min away. The owners are very hospitable and did so much to make our stay pleasant. If we ever return, this is where we would want to stay.

Spent several days fishing the nearby lakes on the Reservation. Very pleasant place to stay. Owners live next door and are very friendly. Especially enjoyed the homemade cookies and brownies waiting for us each day when we returned from our excursions.

The best thing about this home was that the owners were so nice. Fresh flowers on the table and Debbie even baked banana bread YUM!! Minor complaint is that the one bathroom is very small and there is no outlet convenient to the sink, so if you use electric appliances for your hair, then this bath is not for you. The other main bathroom is HUGE! The themed bedrooms are cute - kids would like this. If we ever came back, we'd stay there again.

Perfect East Side Home Base
Debby and Charles are the most wonderful hosts. Beyond the delicious baked goods that every review mentions, they are most knowledgeable about GNP and are amazing to talk to. The house was very comfortable even for all eight of us and impeccably clean. I honestly can’t imagine a better experience for staying on the east side of the park.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home at the Farmers Inn, plus the hosts were very hospitable! We were able to see the dance competition at the Blackfoot Celebration of healing too. Amazing, beautiful, athletic!

Great outlet to Glacier!
Debbie was an amazing host -- she provided us with freshly baked goodies, bear spray, and a nice clean place to come home after long days in the park. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but the house itself was nice and its proximity to the east Glacier entrances was key. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to explore Glacier!

Excellent stay at Farmer's Inn
We needed a place to stay for a couple nights on the east side of the park and came across this property in Browning. Things we loved: - Easy access to St. Mary and Many Glacier area. - Debbie and Charles (owners) were so nice and helpful. - This property may be the cleanest I have ever seen. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen area were impeccably clean. - Fresh flowers and home made cookies met us after a day of hiking at Many Glacier. So cool. - Towels, soaps, etc were as nice as I've had at any property I've stayed at. They really care for their guests. Other tidbits: - Browning as a whole does not really have much for dining options. We ended up cooking / eating in and there is a grocery store conveniently located a couple blocks away. - My 9-year old son loved the Wii attached to the TV. We haven't played Wii Sports forever so that was really fun. - Small basketball court, outdoor couch and chairs, nice flowers on the property. Thanks Debbie and Charles for a great stay!

Amazing Glacier
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. We had easy access to both the East and West sides of Glacier and saw lots of wildlife and incredible scenery! Debbie and her husband are attentive hosts, easy to communicate with and provide thoughtful extras including homemade baked goods after long days in the park. We loved our trip and would certainly return again.

This is a beautiful, clean and very well maintained house. There was plenty of room for our group of eight hikers and we felt very much at home. We loved the delicious baked goods Debbie left for us along with the fresh cut flowers. She also had several bear spray canisters that we were able to use. She gave us great suggestions on routes to the park to avoid construction and we enjoyed the scenic drive. Our group would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay on the east side of Glacier Park!

Close to East Glacier
Very clean, perfect home for our weary party of seven. Debbie was a great host and we loved the cookies after our long day hiking at Many Glacier. She even provided bear spray (thank goodness we did not need to use it)! There is not much to Browning or the east side of Glacier National Park in general (about an hour to Many Glacier), but visiting Many Glacier was one of the highlights of our trip and we stayed all day and ate dinner at the Many Glacier Lodge. We heard the Native American Museum in Browning was fabulous, but we were not there when it was open. We would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting the east side of Glacier National Park.

We have a fantastic experience at the Farmer's Inn! Debbie was quick to answer our questions, came backed to yummy baked goods after long days of hiking, and Charles was a wealth of information. We enjoyed our stay as it was a great base for us while visiting Glacier National Park! We only wished our stay was longer. The house had everything we needed and it was nice that the grocery store was just down the street.

Perfect for our needs!
Farmer’s Inn worked out great for me and my 3 buddies to stay at while day-hiking Glacier National Park. This 4-bedroom 2-bath home was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Owners Debbie and Charles were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and check-in was quick and easy. It was the perfect “base camp” for us from which to hike and explore Glacier National Park.

So close to Glacier!!
The house was just perfect for us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We walked in to a clean and refreshing place with fresh flowers on the table! The deck and flowers outside were a nice homey touch. We spent many evenings on the deck in the swing. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved talking to the owners that live next door and they were full of great information! My teenage son loved the fast wifi and the Netflix at night when we returned from our day excursions. The neighborhood is run down but that is no reflection on this house or the owners at all. Glacier and Canada were so close and it gave us more time to explore rather than drive. The homemade banana nut bread was wonderful to come back to and the daily housekeeping was so nice (but surely not expected). Deb and Charles are gems and we hope to return one day!!

Wonderful hosts- clean house, short drive to East Glacier!
This house was perfect for our extended family of 8. Everything was so nice and clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and having a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms was a plus for a large group like ours. We were a little uncertain about what to expect driving through the neighborhood, but this house is the prettiest on the street. It is close to East Glacier and a great deal compared to what you'd pay to stay inside the park. Debbie and Charles take good care of the property and their guests!

Lovely Home
We had such an awesome experience at Farmer's Inn. Four couples spending several days at Glacier National Park and all it's different areas. It was great to have someplace to come back to each night where we could make dinner, have time to eat, and all relax. The Farmers were incredible helpful, genuinely nice people, who made our stay that much more enjoyable. Great place!
