“We had a wonderful time on Sebec Lake, house was perfect for our family of 5. House was just as described, with a breathtaking location on the lake, the afternoon sunlight just sparkles on the the water. Carl and Vicki were amazing hosts and even greeted us with fresh homemade bread and jam. It was our first time to Maine and we enjoyed several days at the camp, even rented a boat to pull the kiddos around on a tube. Then we ventured out and took a beautiful hike on the Pleasant River up to Gulf……

“the third bedroom is adjacent to underground garage and smelled strongly of dust, mold and mildew. We were all afraid to stay in the room. The air was thought to be unhealthy. I had to sleep on the living room couch. Some bulbs were out in the bedrooms and living room. Overall everything else was fine but the fact that the downstairs bedroom was not livable forces me to withhold any future recommendation for the home.”

“This property was absolutely wonderful. It was so very clean and well stocked with everything you can think of that you would need or want! The location was great, so very peaceful and quiet. It was back a dirt road about 2.2 miles but that is one of the things my husband and I loved about it!!!! Fishing was awesome for us, we caught over 80 bass, most were from 3 1/2 pound to 5 pound#!!! The resident eagles LOVED to follow us around the pond as we fished! We traveled to Bangor, Greenville,……

“The house and lake are both beautiful. We rented a boat, tied it to the dock and spent a terrific week on the water. We used the grill and pizza oven and enjoyed the outdoor shower. The owner provided us with everything that we could need and was super helpful. This is a remote location but perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful spot on the lake, very private. Stayed with family to view the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Plenty of room - and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices, etc.) and bathroom to make it easy to just arrive (best to arrive with groceries though - it takes awhile to get back to any shops!). Bald eagles (and a golden eagle sighting) were quite a bonus.”
