「The cabin is literally right at a lake. In the morning we saw an otter and a pair of loons. I went up there to have a birthday weekend escape and to see the total eclipse. We had a wonderful time.」

「Beautiful spot on the lake, very private. Stayed with family to view the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Plenty of room - and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices, etc.) and bathroom to make it easy to just arrive (best to arrive with groceries though - it takes awhile to get back to any shops!). Bald eagles (and a golden eagle sighting) were quite a bonus.」

「Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1.」
