We have stayed at The Orleans many times in the past but not for a few years. It is still a wonderful place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. My only disappointment was that their delicious buffet went out during covid. But otherwise it was comfortable, beautiful, and still a favorite place to stay!

The property was less than ideal. Upon arrival, it was totally chaotic. We had to return to the desk to get a new key because ours wouldn't work properly. To get to the room requires a key, which is great when it works. There were many times that they key and the elevator didn't communicate well. The suite was tolerable, at best. The toilet would bubble up at all hours and at random times. The water for the shower took a while to warm up and the water for the tub never warmed beyond a tepid temperature. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience.
