Liked everything in this hotel. From the reception which was a very friendly and helpful lady (think she's the owner) to the location and accommodation. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Super recommend!

Apartment was very comfortable and clean and a decent size for two of us sharing. It was nice to have a table inside to sit at. The only very small thing, was there didn't seem to be a working air vent in the bathroom so it got quite steamy, but we just kept the door open after a shower.

Very nice hotel and location. Has a nice dining area and restaurant at the rear and a big garden. We could not eat dinner because it was fully booked but the breakfast was superb. Great location.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a convenient area. Easy walk from the train station and all the beautiful sights. Located on a quiet street. Very comfortable bed and room with all the amenities. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel, which exudes absolute charm in a stunning setting where every detail matters. Warm and welcoming, with a staff that is attentive to guests, the restaurant serves excellent dishes. I can only recommend this hotel for a charming weekend in Bruges.

One of the best hotels we have ever visited. Located close to the city center, extremely friendly staff and a nice and squeaky-clean room. The receptionist who welcomed us right before closure even took his time to patiently show us the backyard and amenditites. We immediately regretted that we only planned for a layover of one night at this wonderful place.

Lovely hotel

Hotel is in a good location. It is in a quiet street within 10 minutes of the main square. The room was clean, good size and bed was very comfortable. It had toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, fridge and coffee machine. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot make any comment on the food. Parking (€25 per day) is more expensive than local car parks but it’s onsite, convenient and well spaced. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Room for improvement.

Far from perfect but Nice, if not very expensive, hotel with helpful staff, if you can find them. Front desk often unmanned. Lights in suite were faulty. Apparently repaired on day 2 but still faulty so both nights unable to have ambient lighting. Poor given huge price paid. Bathroom smelled of drains. No slippers in suite despite advertised and rubbish initial offering of tea/coffee for 2 people (e.g. 1 tea bag). Rectified but surely we dont have to ask at this price point?

Un week-end prolongé exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruges. L’hôtel était parfait, un lieu raffiné à la décoration sublime. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement équipée avec une très belle vue. De plus, il est parfaitement situé, au cœur de la ville ce qui permet un accès facile à tous les endroits à visiter. Le charme de cet hôtel nous a vraiment impressionné ! Nous reviendrons sans aucune once d’hésitation.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen recht guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was wir nicht verstehen konnten war, warum mit schallisolierten Zimmern geworben wird, denn das ist völliger Humbug. Das Zimmer ist extem hellhörig. Fernseher und nächtliches Schnarchen anderer angrenzender Zimmer war deutlich zu hören und alles, was auf dem Flur gesprochen wurde war Wort für Wort zu hören. Anders als andere Hotels ist der Kaffee in der Minibar nicht umsonst, sondern wird pro verbrauchter Kapsel mit völlig überzogenen Preisen abgerechnet. Wir haben daher keinen Kaffee getrunken. Auch die Flasche Wasser die standardmäßig in anderen Hotels umsonst ist, hätte dort mit 9€ das Konto belastet. Unser Abfluss des Waschbeckens war komplett verstopft, was tatsächlich auch behoben wurde, nachdem wir zwei Mal darauf hingewiesen haben. Vielen Dank! Leider war das Zimmer extremst staubig und der Teppichboden vermutlich seit langem nicht mehr gesaugt worden. Dort waren etliche Krümel und Partikel sichtbar. Allergiker sollten hier wirklich sehr vorsichtig sein. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen aufenthalt. Die Matratzen waren zwar durchgelegen aber trotzdem noch bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt und die Dusche war sehr gut.

Séjour parfait dans un hôtel idéalement situé en cœur de ville tout en prenant place dans un joli jardin véritable havre de paix. Petit déjeuner un peu onéreux mais fantastique. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel qui bénéficie également d’un parking à réserver en amont.
