Der Check in verlief problemlos und schnell. Küchenausstattung, es war alles vorhanden. Der kleine Grillofen war noch schmutzig vom Vorgänger sowie auch das Sieb der Spülmaschine (ordentlich Maiskörner vom Vorgänger vorhanden). Das Badezimmerfenster müsste mal erneuert werden, Holzrahmen morsch. Badezimmertür schleift, müsste neu eingestellt werden. Die Haustür aus Holz auch ziemlich morsch. Ebenso die Tür vom Gartenhäuschen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war eine tolle Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo,Wir hatten 1 Woche Ihr Haus,gemietetIn dem Haus war alles, was für einen Urlaub nötig ist, schon vorhanden,deshalb waren unsere 3Kisten die Wir immer mitnehmen(da in anderen Häusern halt kaum etwas vorhanden ist) fast Überflüssig!!!Was nur zu bemängeln wäre,das es eine zu kleine Couch gibt und mit den Sesseln und den großen Stühlen der Eßecke,alles etwas beengt war.Ansonsten hatten Wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort !!!!Der Check in und Check Out klappte durch den Verwalter auch total Reibungslos !!!

Très bien

Logement très propre très bien équipé il ne manque rien. Seul bémol mais indépendant du propriétaire, c’est l’arrivée au milieu de notre séjour du voisin, qui sans gêne a commencé à passer la débroussailleuse à 21h. Le lendemain 19h, l’utilisation du Karcher pour nettoyer sa terrasse, ne se souciant même pas de notre présence et des éclaboussures que nous recevions.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bemüht. Auch die Aussstattung des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Leider riecht es im Haus sehr muffig/feucht. Das Haus und der Ferienpark ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach für 6 Personen zu klein und deutlich kleiner, als es auf den Fotos wirkt.

Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen

Wir haben unseren Ferienaufenthalt im Sommer 2023 sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war klein, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und durchweg in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Das Duschbad war sogar relativ neu renoviert. Prima! Lediglich die Technik im Haus war nicht so richtig "auf Stand". Aber mit ein bisschen technischem Grundverstand und nach einem hilfreichen Anruf bei der sehr netten Vermieterin haben wir es geschafft, den vorhandenen FlatTV in Gang bzw. die Sender ins Programm zu bekommen. Ein großer und deutlicher Hinweis gehört meiner Meinung nach aber an gut sichtbarer Stelle ins Inserat: es gibt im Haus kein nutzbares WLAN! Bei Ankunft riet uns der Verwalter, das parkeigene WLAN nicht zu buchen (10€ für 10 Stunden!!), da es kaum empfangbar und sehr schlecht sei. Wir sollten doch lieber unsere mobilen Daten vom Handy nutzen und uns da nötigenfalls weitere GB vom Provider kaufen, das sei vermutlich billiger und besser. Das war leider eine negative Erfahrung - ehrlicher wäre es von vorneherein zu schreiben, dass WLAN nicht verfügbar ist, zumal auch der mobile Empfang im Haus sehr wechselhaft war. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön! Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen.

Gute Unterkunft mit Strand und Jachthafen in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Für ein paar Tage über Silvester eine gute Unterkunft. Haus war sauber, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Teppiche im Wohnraum sollte man vllt mal überdenken diese zu erneuern. Geruch als man ins Haus kam war dadurch etwas alt und muffig. Aber durch öffnen der Terassentür mit großer Terasse und Wiese zum Spielen und Gartenhäusschen mit Fahrräder und ausreichend Holz für den tollen Kaminofen, konnte man schnell lüften und der Geruch war aus dem Haus! Bad großzügig und relativ neu renoviert, sehr schön und praktisch aufgeteilt. Betten waren sehr gut und ebenfalls neu. Man konnte gut darin schlafen. Leider im Haus kein verfügbares WLAN, sehr schade zur heute Zeit. In der Anzeige steht zwar WLAN Zugang beim Verwalter anfordern, dieser jedoch war sehr offen und ehrlich und riet uns davon ab da das Haus am am Ende der Anlage liegt und man somit sehr schlechtes und absolut überteuertes Internet haben kann. War schade aber für 4 Nächte kam man auch so zurecht, dennoch schade und vllt sollte man es ins Auge fassen sich einen günstigen Internetzugang zuzulegen in diesem Objekt. Küche super ausgestattet, Kühlschrank mehr als ausreichend Platz mit Gefrierfach. Gewürzen, Töpfe, Pfannen etc alles vorhanden was mir als Köchin sehr wichtig war. Kochen auf Gas, es gibt nichts besseres, hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Wir fahren nun schon mehr als 7Jahre nach Bruinisse und liebe diese Stadt und die Umgebung sehr, über Silvester war es unser erster Aufenthalt dort und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles schön aber

Das Hous in sich ist toll nur leider die Betten sind zu klein genau wie der Couch , der Umgebung ist mega, ruhig und schön , das einzige was uns leider genervt hat das es keine echte Strand in der Nähe gibt und müssten bis nach Renesse stand jeder Tag fahren , ansonstes zu empfehlen. 😁 Ich gebe 8/10 Sternen .

Gemütliches, kleines Haus in ruhiger, parkähnlicher Ferienhausanlage.

Eine wirklich zuvorkommende Vermieterin hat uns schon vor Anreise kontaktiert und informiert. Die Ausstattung wie Geschirr, Gläser usw. sind reichlich vorhanden und nicht wild durcheinander gewürfelt. Leider verfügt die Anlage über keine Infrastruktur vor Ort. Das auf dem Anzeigenfoto zu sehende Badezimmer haben wir als ansprechend renovierte Nasszelle mit einer Superdusche vorgefunden. Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Aufenthalt mit viel Grün sucht, wir hier fündig.

Gute Lage direkt am Deich

Das Haus und die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Deich, sodass man schnell zum Segelboot und ebikes Ausleihe gelangen konnte. Die Anlage ist schön grün bewachsen , mit weitläufigen Wiesen und hohen Bäumen, Ideal für spielende Kinder. Uns gefällt diese etwas ältere Anlage wesentlich besser als die unpersönlichen Plastikhäuser von aquadelta. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche fehlt nichts

Empfehlenswert.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus am Rand einer grossen Ferienanlage, mit Blick ins Grüne. Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, mit Spülmaschine. Die Betten (keine Stockbetten) sind sehr bequem. Matratzen und Bettzeug sehr angenehm. Ich habe das Haus bereits weiter empfohlen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter, aber alles ist in Schuss. Der Park selbst hat ein paar Spiel- und Sportplätze, sonst ist wenig Infrastruktur vorhanden. Die gibt es im Nachbarpark, wo man vieles mitbenutzen kann (z.B. Schwimmbad und Waschmaschine gegen Entgelt, Indoor-Spielplatz kostenlos, in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gleiches gilt für den Verwalter vor Ort. In der Beschreibung zum Objekt fehlt der Hinweis, dass eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht im Haus (s.o.). Dafür einen gemütlichen Kamin.

Sauberes Ferienhaus im Roompot Park

Das Ferienhaus steht in einem sehr schönen Ferienpark von Roompot. Sehr sauber, Möbel und Einrichtung sind aber etwas veraltet. Im Zentrum des Parks kann man Essen gehen, Supermarkt, Snackbar, Fahrradverleih sind auch vorhanden. Für die Kinder stehen mehrere Trampoline, eine Gamezone und Spielplätze zur Verfügung. Die Strände am Grevelinger Meer entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen, deshalb sind wir immer bis Renesse gefahren. In ca. 30 Minuten ist man dort. Ist aber Geschmackssache, muss jeder für sich entscheiden.

Ook voor midweek prima geschikt

Ok, niet het nieuwste interieur, maar wel super compleet! Jammer genoeg was het weer geen fietsweer, anders hadden we die ook kunnen gebruiken. We konden koken, relaxed ontbijten met zicht op de groene tuin. Rustige plek in het park, sleutel overdracht (ophalen bij receptie De Tong) makkelijk en ook het contact met verhuurder ging in het duits erg goed. Fijn genoten van het ligbad, en rustige groen. Wifi werd op het park niet aangeraden, beetje onstabiel schijnbaar. Prima als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Aanrader om te boeken.
