We had the pleasure of renting the beautiful holiday home in Bruinisse for a wee ...

We had the pleasure of renting the beautiful holiday home in Bruinisse for a week during the Easter holidays 2024. The location was perfect for us with two older children and two dogs. Nice and quiet location in the countryside and close to the sea. Many places for walking can be reached quickly and it was only about 50 minutes to Rotterdam. The house is very spacious for a holiday home and could accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. The living room/dining room is also very spacious with great views over the beautiful garden and fields. The kitchen was well equipped and overall everything was clean and inviting, not forgetting the convenient large parking space right outside the door. The only suggestion for improvement: a hairdryer for female guests, which is standard in many holiday homes. We had to buy one ;-) But all in all: A clear recommendation from us.

Het was een ruim huisje, jammer van de 2 zitplekken waardoor je niet met zijn 8 bij elkaar op de bank kon zitten. Daarnaast bij aankomst was er 1 toiletrol en geen extra, dit geld ook voor de vaatwastabletten dus houd hier rekening mee. Daarnaast vonden wij het huisje niet helemaal schoon vooral de dingen die je aanraakt met de handen zoals keukengreepjes, maar ook de ramen. Het bed sliep zeker goed! En ook was er genoeg parkeerplek. Fijne omgeving. En na de vondst van een zonnebril die was laten liggen is deze netjes opgestuurd.

As we pulled up to the property, 1st impressions were Amazing, the house was beautiful, gardens and surroundings were well kept and parking was very easy. We were welcomed to the property by a very friendly lady whose english was perfect (my Dutch is very lacking). Everything was explained clearly and there was a welcome pack and food eatery recommendations, the local town was not very far away and had a supermarket so stocking up on essentials was so simple to do. It is so peaceful here, with plenty of wildlife to watch, I even saw a Kingfisher (I have never seen one in the wild before) on my stroll around the area. All in all a fantastic place to get away to and chill out, Thank you for having us x

Accomodatie was waarschijnlijk langer niet gebruikt want de douche rook niet erg fris en de vloer was stoffig. Daarnaast waren er 3 van de 8 keukenstoelen kapot. Verder mooie locatie, jammer dat de tuindeur naar de achtertuin afgesloten is en er geen sleutel beschikbaar is. De tuin is alleen bereikbaar vanuit het huis, of door om te lopen. Bedden slapen goed. Kookplaat werkt niet icm de oven.

Schönes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Manches wäre allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Z. B. die Stromanlage und die Aufstockung des Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsersortiments. Alles im allen haben wir uns jedoch sehr wohlgefühlt. Nette persönliche Betreuung durch Verwalter Vorort.

Het fornuis is er blijkbaar al langer een probleem,best vervelend wel.Niet alles was even schoon,bv de magnetron.ook vreemd dat we geen dekens aantroffen,hiervoor dien je bij te betalen.Dit was ook niet vermeld op de site.De geur van de afloop boven rook onfris.Voor mensen met honden is het jammer dat de tuin niet afgesloten is,er passeren regelmatig mensen achter de woning,langs de gracht. Desalniettemin is het een comfortabel huis,en is het er heel rustig. De contactpersoon is een heel aardige dame,die je direct bijstaat met eventuele problemen. 3.8/5

Waren verrast dat we moesten betalen voor de donsdekens 5 Euro het stuk - hadden zelf ons bedlinnen bij echter in de info van Belvilla nergens deze melding te bespeuren - daarnaast was her raar dat het electrisch vuur en de over niet samen gebruik konden worden en was zelfs een van de vuren stuk - daarnaast erg beperkt bestek en borden - maw na elke maaltijd moesten we alles afwassen niet erg praktisch - locatie was mooi en onze contact persoon heeft ons voortreffelijk geholpen met de kleine issue,s welke we hadden zoals lots geen warm water in de bovenste badkamer maw ik raad deze locatie niet aan

Sehr sehr schönes großes Haus. Sehr nette Betreuungsdame die alle Wünsche oder Anregungen erfüllt. Einzig negative Merkmale: auf der Hauptterrasse gab es kein Licht. Garten war also abends dunkel. Eigene Lampen unbedingt mitbringen. Bemerkungen der Vormieter absolut richtig- kaum Geschirr vorhanden. Ab 5 Personen Aufenthalt sollte man ein bisschen Geschirr und Besteck von zuhause mitbringen, sonst muss man nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen. Wir waren 7 Personen Ansonsten gute Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und den Dünen sowie zum Hafen. Ferienwohnanlage mit Spielplatz sehr nah. Wunderschönes riesen großes Haus

We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad in dit leuke vakantiehuis. We werden bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door het huis. Daarnaast waren alle kamers schoon en heb je vanuit de woonkamer mooi uitzicht over de akkers. Het dorp Bruinisse is ook makkelijk per voet te bereiken. We kregen alleen niet alle kookpitten aan de praat maar hier zou naar gekeken worden. Al met al een echte aanrader!

Het huis ligt op een bungalowpark waar je dus wel buren hebt. In ons geval vrij kindonvriendelijke. Van buiten ziet het huis er prachtig uit maar van binnen zie je wel dat er lang niet echt wat aan gedaan is; los zichtbaar isolatiemateriaal achter verwarming, losse tegels, veel kapotte lampen en deuren die niet goed sluiten. Kookplaat werkt niet als de oven aanstaat. Opknapbeurt van binnen is dus geen overbodige luxe terwijl wij normaal geen luxe huisjes boeken maar vaak via Airbnb. Ik mistte hier dan ook die gastvrijheid. Er stond ook vrijwel niks 'extra in de keuken; geen zout/peper, geen handdoek/theedoek of vaatdoekje en geen afwasmiddel. Wij boeken de volgende keer weer kleinschalig!

Op het moment van aankomst werd nog stevig gepoetst. De vorige bewoners hadden er een zooitje van gemaakt. De zakken afval stonden nog buiten. Daar kan de verhuurster natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar dit reflecteerde wel op de zuiverheid in de woning. Deze was echt beneden onze standaard. De omgeving was prachtig.

Schöne Lage in Zeeland fußläufig nicht weit entfernt von Bruinisse, liegt direkt neben dem Park Aquadelta von Roompot, welcher teils mitgenutzt werden kann (Fahrradverleih, Supermarkt, Gastronomie). Das Haus ist schön, hat eine große Terasse. Der vorhandene Grill kann leider nicht genutzt werden (steht fest unter einem Rosenstrauch).
