Brunei Family Hotel

Perfect

very good service with nice staff, very close to downtown, around 10 minutes walk to most of the tourist attractions in this area. they also provide shuttle bus to main shopping centres.

Excellent free shuttle services for airport and sightseeing transfers, we treasure their transportation arrangement in a place like Brunei that extensive walking is a must!

Brunei doesn't have public transport and the hotel provided us free pickup service. You may request for car at a cost, the delifrance on Ground floor saved our lives during the fasting month

The suite is spacious, well maintained and clean. Bed is comfortable however pillow a bit too hard to sleep on. Compliment airport pick up was a nice gesture. GM Hanim did great job on accommodating her guests needs and comfort. There's washing machine, not sure if they supply detergent as well. It's good to wash dirty clothes when traveling with family. Can pack less if stay at suite with the washing machine. AC is strong and cold everywhere in Brunei. Breakfast can pass. Nothing remarkable

spacious and comfort room with good service. pool is nice, breakfast is ok. restaurants should be ok but were closed so cannot try. shuttle service for airport, shops and other destinations is very good, driver even arrived 30 minutes before the booking time at jerudong park at 10:30pm because of the rain.

Very convenient and is at the town centre. A satisfactory hotel.

An old hotel but the staff are good. The only thing is the cleaning was not done until 4pm where I have already back to the room
