Ideal, beautiful location

This was a stunning property, with glorious views and ideally located for day explorations of nearby hill top villages. We had lovely days visiting sights in the morning then lounging on the terrace and by the pool. Our son adored playing the pool (which in July was nice and shaded by 4pm, an ideal time for playing before dinner/BBQ).

Stunning location

The property is in a beautiful secluded setting and the surrounding countryside is lovely too. There are lots of medieval hilltop villages and plenty of cycling, and walking routes for the more active. Maeva and Cédric looked after us well and when we had a problem they sorted it out straight away.

Super Place

The area is quiet and peaceful, no direct neighbours and set on a huge plot of Land with total privacy. The house is nicely laid out. We used the Jacuzzi and it was nice and relaxing. There is no outside light so a torch for letting the dog out is a must! This is not a good property for people with hip and knee problems as the surrounding area is very steep. For children a good area as they can play and run around there without any problems. Offers TV with multi Languages and good internet connection. The only thing needed was a normal coffee machine (which we brought with us) not one with capsules. This is an ideal property for 2 of for a small family to have total privacy in a secluded area!

A peaceful retreat

The property was just as described and was wonderfully quiet and private. We loved the heated pool and spa which we were able to use even though the weather was not hot. We also enjoyed visiting places of historic and artistic interest even though this often meant driving quite far to get there.

Perfect situation, well equipped, lovely owners!

We watched the house taking shape, Cedric sent us pictures of before and afterwards, and we booked before the pool was in, but he didn't let us down! The house stays remarkably cool, even when it is 35 degrees outside, due to its location halfway up the side of a hill. The views are amazing, but it 's position is so secluded, if you were looking for the place to get an all over tan this would be it! Everything you could need is in the house, and the air con, which we only used at night, is so quiet you really cannot hear it. Each bedroom has its own shower room and separate loo, so no bathroom queues. The pool is about a metre or so deep all over, there is no shallow end, so not for tiny children, but it is well fenced off. It's situation means lots of wild life, waking to bird song, rabbits in the morning, deer later in the day, though you will be lucky to see these, the crickets are deafening, and to my shock a grass snake shot out of the hedge by the kitchen, was panicked by the sight of us and quickly disappeared, we did not see it again. Tarn et Garonne is a bit like an English Cotswolds, but hillier. There are great local markets, hilltop medieval towns, canoeing in the rivers and great walking country. There are a couple of supermarkets at Negrepelisse where you can stock up on everything you need, and many local restaurants, can particularly recommend Gorges D'Aveyron in Montricoux. Cedric and Maeva are very responsive hosts, and there very quickly if you have a problem (we had a shower tray that didn't drain, and was sorted within hours). Thank you for giving us such a special holiday!

Calme assuré

Le logement (de plein pied), se situe dans une grande propriété au calme, il est très bien équipé et possède 2 chambres spacieuses équipées chacune d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le jacuzzi est un plus non négligeable, la piscine reste fraîche malgré le chauffage du fait de son emplacement, en effet les arbres de la forêt très proche lui font de l’ombre tout l’après midi ce qui peut être sûrement un plus en plein été mais juste en septembre. Il faut également savoir que le logement est équipé du haut débit mais que l’opérateur Orange ne passe pas du tout à Bruniquel et par conséquent si vous n’avez pas un autre opérateur que Orange vous ne pourrez utilisé votre téléphone quand Wifi dans le logement.

Superbe cadre pour passer un très bon séjour entre amis.

Cadre fabuleux pour la détente ! Il y a toujours un endroit ombragé ou ensoleillé pour profiter du panorama à notre convenance. Maison bien équipée et propre. Le plaisir d'observer des biches dans la propriété. Pas de vis à vis.

Charmante propriété proche de Bruniquel

L'endroit est tout bonnement magnifique ! Maison isolée au calme sise au sein d'un jardin splendide. Le Wifi est capté partout et est très rapide. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et répondent très rapidement aux messages. L'airco fonctionne très bien. Il est juste dommage qu'il manque 2 grandes casseroles dans l'équipement de la cuisine et surtout qu'il faille se loguer avec le code WIFI complet à chaque fois que l'on désire allumer la (très grande) TV. La piscine est agréable mais un peu petite pour pouvoir effectuer des longueurs.

Excellent

Location conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaire très prévenant et à l'écoute. Maison tres propre et fonctionnelle. Extérieur magnifique. Grande forêt, piscine chauffée, spa,terrain de boules,stationnement voiture à côté de la maison. Difficiles de ne pas être satisfait d'une telle location. A conseiller les yeux fermés.

Eine sehr schöne Oase

Die Buchung und Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Gastgeber waren immer zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Tal und man kann die Ruhe sehr gut genießen. Der Pool & Wirpool waren gut geeignet um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Petit havre de paix

Très jolie maison, magnifiquement décorée et aménagée. Un lieu idyllique pour son calme et son très grand jardin. Les cerfs et les chevreuils étaient au rendez-vous de ce mois d'octobre. Piscine chauffée et jacuzzi très appréciés. Un endroit où l'on a très envie de revenir.

Un pur bonheur

Le paradis sur terre, endroit magnifique, magique ´ grande tranquillité. Les villages sont fantastiques magnifiques. Les gens d’une extrême gentillesse. Trois semaines de bonheur absolu. Rencontre avec biches chaque matinée. Les amoureux de la nature en seraient jaloux. Très très belle maison. Un régal. Des hôtes extrêmement gentils et précautionneux. Une très belle rencontre. Des envies de ne pas partir lorsqu’on goutte à autant de bonheur. N’hésitez pas et venez découvrir ce bel endroit. Un 30/20. Une adresse à retenir. Trois semaines de beau temps. Une merveille.

Séjour très agrèable

Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du jaccuzi et de la fraicheur de la maison pendant cette semaine de canicule. L'environnement et la vue sont vraiment exceptionnels. Nous avons même pu apercoir des chevreuils . Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse.

Le calme absolu

Maison moderne (équipée de la fibre, important pour les enfants !) dans un grand parc de plusieurs hectares, à la lisière de la forêt, au calme absolu. Hôtes sympathiques, merci pour votre accueil Cédric et Maëva. Piscine, Spa, terrain de pétanque et surtout BBQ (au bois) tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances est là. Enfin, dernière information, n'hésitez pas à faire la descente de l'Aveyron à partir de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val en louant votre bateau chez Variation Sports Nature, géré aussi par vos hôtes. Encore merci pour cette semaine de tranquillité et à très bientôt.

Superbe

Jolie maison avec 2 grandes chambres avec salles de bains attenantes, cuisine fonctionnelle et joli salon, dans un grand et belle espace vert sans oublier une terrasse pour déjeuner ou diner.. cerise sur le gateau: un spa et une piscine chauffée tres agréables en fin de journée! Accueil tres chaleureux, maison bien placée dans une très belle région. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons cette location.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans un cadre adorable et reposant. Piscine et jacuzzi au top ! Seul le soleil manquait un peu mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien profiter du lieu et des belles découvertes de la région. Merci à Cédric et maeva pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse

merveilleux séjour

nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à BRUNIQUEL !!! nickel à Bruniquel comme dirait les enfants :) Tout était réuni pour que ce séjour soit parfait, déjà l'accueil au top merci Cédric et Maëva La maison est sublime, conforme aux photos les extérieurs juste parfais !!! nous reviendrons c'est certain merci encore à vous pour cette semaine juste géniale :)

Séjour inoubliable

Séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique,le ruisseau en bas pour les chiens faire trempette.. ouvrir ses volets et voir des chevreuils.😍 La piscine et jacuzzi avec une vue magnifique. Terrain de pétanque 👍 Maëva et Cédric sont des propriétaires avec pleins d'attentions et très réactifs. La maison est très bien décoré et confortable (la banquette est neuve). Endroit parfait pour passer des vacances
