Although Hotel Simone has lost privileges to the King & Prince (we missed the pool access and Hampton Club), the location, courteous staff, breakfast and rooftop pool still retain value in a beach getaway close to the village and East Beach. We will be back and look forward to it.

What a great hotel! Unique and beautifully appointed rooms with an electic style. Walkable lo lots of restaurants and bars. Bikes on site for a quick pedal into town. Beach is one block away and easily accessible. staff is so nice and welcoming. Simple complimentary breakfast in morning. Lots of great vibes and artwork to enjoy throughout. This is a very nice property & convenient to the beach & downtown. Free bike rentals The downside was no cleaning of the room for 3 nights. Also the beach umbrellas had no poles so pretty much useless

Nicely decorated hotel lobby and room. Very cute and beach-feel to it. We had a storm roll thru and the folks at front desk were forward-thinking enough to give us a flashlight which came in very handy when power went out for a few hours. Very comfy bed too! They had drinks available in fridge. The chocolate chip cookies at front desk were awesome!

Great location and a good value for the money. Rooms can be loud though. Our “neighbors” had barking dogs; not really conducive to relaxing. Would be better if they found a way to put some distance between those bringing pets and those not. Also, the pool is not near as big as it looks in the pictures.

Nice stay on St. Simons Island

This was a small, quiet boutique hotel with a great location on St. Simons Island. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel is run by the same management group as the King and Prince Hotel so guest have access to all the amenities offered at that resort which was a nice added perk. Complimentary breakfast was included in the price. It wasn’t the most elaborate or well stocked breakfast spread but it was satisfactory provided you get there towards the beginning of when it’s served.

Pros: couple blocks from the beach, pools of the sister resort, quiet, lots of things to walk to Cons: door to room didn’t seem to close all the way, breakfast wasn’t kept stocked unless you got there right at 7, barely any employees around most of the time, entrance to the place can be confusing (go through parking garage/elevator) Overall for how much I paid didn’t equal the subpar ness of this place.
