Welcome to this bright and inviting one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of downtown Brunswick. Perfectly positioned within 3-minute walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés, and Bowdoin College, this home offers both comfort and convenience in one of Brunswick’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Large windows frame beautiful views of the surrounding downtown area, allowing you to enjoy the charm of historic buildings, seasonal foliage, and changing light throughout the day.

It is on the 3rd floor, but the stairs case going into the unit is nice, spacious and easy to walk on, and because of the height, you have great window view, beautiful architecture and light decoration at night.
