Character apartment in the European district

The apartment is located in a peaceful street close to the European Parliament.

It is on the first floor of a typical Brussels house which has just been renovated and comfortably furnished.
You will find in the district many animations and restaurants (with terraces), very close supermarkets.

Sliding scale tariff according to the duration of the lodging (price envisaged for 2 people, supplement of 15 Euros / day by additional person).

Capacity for 4 people with the possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.

The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 4 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment can perfectly suit people wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium or a group working with the nearby European institutions.
Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).

Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.

We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra payable in cash on arrival).

We absolutely loved our stay. It is our second time at location. The apartment is in an area that is quiet and conveniently located to transportation and restaurants. It is well maintained and clean. Caroline and Fabrice are welcoming hosts!!

We were warmly received by Caroline. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to attractions and to transport. It is on the first floor, which is up a flight of stairs. Kitchen was well-appointed. Comfortable bed with ample storage space in the bedroom. Guidebooks and maps were appreciated. It would be helpful if there were a manual for the apartment. Bathroom needs a blind that covers the window completely and a basket in the shower to hold toiletries. Highly recommended accommodation for two people.

Beautiful historic house with guest apartment, located in an intriguing neighborhood.The apartment had an attractive kitchen/dining room and bedroom, but no living room for lounging, thus it’s better suited to a single traveler or couple. There was ample daylight, and nice views into the trees of nearby park and open spaces, but interior lighting isn’t adequate, and some of the kitchen pots and dishes were warn or cracked. It would be great too if the host were to provide a guidebook to nearby attractions, cafes, transit, etc.

Die Wohnung hat viel Charme, ist nett eingerichtet und die Balkone vorn und hinten tragen viel zum schönen Ambiente bei. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet für ein Feriendomizil, lediglich Spülbürste/Schwamm und Spültabs fehlten. Das Bett war für mich etwas zu fest, ich wiege unter 70kg. Wer feste Matratzen bevorzugt wird es lieben. Was ich vermisst habe sind Mückengitter, wegen der Gnitzen und Mücken. Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz süße Person, lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war mit ihrer Hilfe ganz easy und sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben und Karten um sich besser zurecht zu finden. Es war zwar nicht "blitzsauber" aber in Ordnung. Was mich aber durchaus gestört - meinem Sohn dagegen nicht gejuckt hat, ist das viel zu kurze Badrollo. Genau genommen verdeckt es vielleicht noch den Kopf (nicht bei mir, weil ich unter 1,60m bin) aber wenn man sich am Waschbecken wäscht, kann einen von der Straße aus jeder sehen und ich gebe nicht gern eine "Peep-show". Wenn man Abends duscht, und dabei Licht an ist, ist man von außen sichtbar, wenn jemand auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite steht. Und wenn ich mir etwas wünschen dürfte, wäre es eine Ablage für Seife oder Shampoo in der Dusche. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber dort wirklich wohl und sicher gefühlt, die Lage war sehr gut, es war nicht laut obschon zentral, der Parkplatz ein absoluter Glücksfall, nette Vermieter - wir kommen also sehr gerne wieder :-)!

Ein schönes Apartment mit zwei Balkonen. Komplett eingerichtete Küche. Großes Badezimmer. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Die Lage ist direkt am Europäischen Parlament. Die Innenstadt von Brüssel ist schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Bus aber auch innerhalb 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Was man braucht findet man in der näheren Umgebung.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war prinzipiell super und sauber. Nur der Fußboden und auch Möbel der Terasse sollten teilweise repariert werden. Schade, dass die Blumen dort nicht gepflegt werden , das macht dann die Liebe zum Detail aus . Wir haben auch , wie im Inserat angegeben , keinen Toaster oder Whirlpool vorgefunden . Die Lage der Wohnung ist super . Man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen .

The suite was lovely with 2 decks. No living room area and the second day bed was not that comfortable. Suitable for a couple and perhaps 2 children. If you need 2 beds for adults I would recommend renting the separate bedroom for 30 euros per nightCaroline was very nice and helpful
