Primi at the front desk was such a delight. The staff were incredibly considerate and the room was spacious and clean for an affordable price.

The hotel is in the middle of the roughest part of town luckily only there over night nowhere to eat no drink facilities in the room or vending machine. The walk to the train station was horrendous spelt of urine and a lot of homeless people begging .

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal muy amable y muy atento, tratan de hacer todo lo posible porque estés cómodo, para pasar 2, 3 días en Bruselas y quieres ahorrarte un buen dinerito, está bien, las habitaciones ventiladas y cómodas. Caminando a 15 minutos tienes lo céntrico y te puedes ir en scooter, nos tocó un poco de calor por ser verano y yo que soy caluroso con abrir la ventana me ayudó muchísimo y dormí muy bien junto con mi familia. Gracias a los chicos que me decían que si prácticamente a todo :)

We did not even checked in due to the bad smell, terrible agent, no lobby seat with children, and messy environment. Never seen anything like this dump. And the neighborhood is unsafe specially for small children.

The staff are good and tried to help. But, while this is a two star hotel as they indicated it does not have basic amenities in the room. No kettle, no table, the one chair in the family room we booked was damaged, the curtain in the bathroom thorn and the wardrobe wobbly. We have to draw attention to these little repairs. These are why I give this hotel low rating.

I was shocked, the toilet was in the room with no demarcation, No AC! I woke up with a cough, I’m just glad I was there only one night. I won’t recommend at all
