The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was charming and breakfast was delicious. Enjoying a drink in the evening was a great way to end our day. The staff was not overly helpful.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Good location with restaurants and bars nearby and only 5 mins walk to main attractions. This is a small and friendly hotel and was one of the best on our recent trip to Belgium.

Great location with very friendly and welcoming staff. There’s an excellent coffee shop right in the building, which is a nice bonus. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the surrounding area feels safe. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. It’s also a great choice for eco-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable and environmentally friendly stay.

Good location with St Catherine metro right outside. Imagine it could be noisy at the weekend as lots of restaurants and cafes around but we had no problems and anyway the double glazing looked decent. Lovely simple and beautifully clean room with comfortable bed. Only negative is maybe the price which I thought was high for such a small simple hotel slightly off the centre but I am basing that on having just come from a very plush hotel in Bruges which was actually cheaper but that might be standard. Staff also deserve a mention - very friendly and helpful. Free drink was a nice touch too.

The check in and check out processes are bit confusing - there is no “front desk” but I still had to retrieve an entry code from a staff member when I checked in and notify a staff member when I checked out. Those issues aside, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was luxurious, clean, and incredibly cozy, the amenities are wonderful, and the hotel is in a great location (close enough to the main square but not too close to feel busy). Would recommend!
