Great hotel close to Midi station, behind the road

Great hotel, some dated features in bathroom. Roadworks outside but not noticeable when in hotel. Friendly staff who enabled early checkin withoit additional charge. Good leisure facilities

Wonderful Hotel

Everything good to say about this hotel. Extremely helpful and informative staff, great location, great service and super clean and inviting. We had 2 nights for a family getaway. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great location for a short stay

Location is good and convenience, just few mins walk from the Brussels Midi station. However there is a big construction project nearby the hotel, seemed many small shops been closing down along the road.

To anyone that reads this let's just say Don't stay in this part of town . Looks like 3rd World Country/other side of the tracks.We drove by the Hotel and did a quick U-turn and tried to cancel my reservation (they refused) . Doesn't look like a safe area with all the hood vermin and trash on the streets . It could have been a clean hotel but I'm never going to know and neither should you.

Very convenient near gare du midi

Hotel is well located, receptionist was really nice and helpful, room was huge and good Only drawbacks was very bad wifi and lot of work in street near hotel.

The ceiling of room is above 5.5 feet high like staying at a tiny royal palace but the room only has 150 square feet. VIP service for guests

The area around the hotel is undergoing construction, the position is away from the centre and has lots of homeless people sleeping in the rough. Would not recommend staying there for a few years until the area is cleaned up.

Location

The room was very nice. They were unable to accommodate us with a room as we arrived approximately 1 1/2hrs early. The construction outside was an issue. The location is great in regards to being next to the train station. However, the surrounding area is not a first class neighborhood.

3rd time staying here. Hotel ✔️++. Area is 🤢

Everything about the hotel itself is great. Nice bar in the lobby. Quality room service served 24/7. Very clean hotel and clean spacious room. Unfortunately this neighborhood has become awful. Does not feel comfortable to walka round. Feeling like you are going to get jumped by a non desired. Constantly reminded to watch for pick pockets, dirty area. We watched a Muslim homeless man, take a $#!t just outside the hotel. The area is over with migrants.

There is just 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Midi to the hotel but tough walking with luggage due to the uneven stone pathway and terrible surroundings with lots of rubbish and uncertain security. The hotel is comfortable and has spacious room, but without usb plug which is very inconvenient if you have a few electronic device to be charged.
