The hotel is perfect, cozy and comfy. Got options for dinning inside the hotel. The coffee is amazing. I definitely would recommend to stay. However, the brussel-noord station where it is near to the hotel is quite danger. Try to avoid to get off/take train from there.

great location but so the neighbourhood can be noisy at night. it can be improved by closing the windows. also, soundproof is not very good so you might be disturbed when others pass by the corridor.
staff service wasn't always ready. there was no one in the lobby during both our check in and check out. unsure if we were unlucky or that was the usual case.
