Steigenberger Brussels hotels

"Excellent hotel for the price at the time. Everything looked just like the photos online. This is a high end, elegant hotel of the Marriott system. Staff was super. My next door was noisy and smoking. The front desk offered me another room! I never expected the treatment. The location of the hotel might be the best in town. Just cross the road, you are in the center of the city. I love this hotel and will definitely come back when I can. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Unlimited free coffee in the lounge. Easy access for train at Diegem station in to Brussels Central Station. Carrefour market a couple of minutes walk away. Quiet. We arrived in the morning and were able to park our car in the hotel car park all day at no extra cost (20 euros standard fee charged). We enjoyed a day in Brussels and then returned to the hotel in the evening to check in."

"We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, who shared all the details of our room and hotel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with seating space for many guests. Staff paid great attention to keeping all foods well stocked. The front clerk gave us a handful of dinner options all within a five minute walk."

"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

"False fire alarm in middle of the night. Poor emergency management. Noisy building work starting @ 07:00 in the morning. Never again"

"We loved our stay. The location is fantastic, with parking right in front of the hotel and all major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The amenities were great — we used the gym, and our kids had a wonderful time in the indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We definitely recommend this hotel."
