The staff was super nice, the rooms / bathrooms are modern and clean. You can easily walk from the north train station as well as to the old city. Rooftop terrace is a must at sunset!

Can be unsafe in some streets not far from the hotel so stick to main routes. Paid for breakfast and was ensured due to early check out they would arrange something to take away. I even mentioned again to staff about an early check out and arrangements for some breakfast to take with us and still when it came to checkout nothing was given Disappointing after mentioning number of times and after paying for breakfast.

The staff was excellent and managed to find, after many phone calls, to find the taxi driver who had my phone. He had charged me (an 80 year old woman with her 11 year old granddaughter, 40 euros and took 40 minutes to reach the Liman from MIDI station when it should have been a 20 minute drive. An excellent three nights in Brussels was the result.

Location was fine as well as the room very comfortable and organized. Free water and drinks in the refrigerator and kindness of all the staff. I have appreciated the check out at 13.00 giving enough time for preparation. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the fact breakfast wasn't included up to an high price even if I got a discount booking online but still not cheap at all
