Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located unit blocks from the Texas A&M campus. This unit is on the Bryan-side of campus, so it's convenient to all things Bryan/College Station. It boasts comfy KING beds in both bedrooms, a custom kitchen, a washer/dryer and fun/funky art deco decor. The parking is right outside the front door. You won't find a more fun, more convenient, or more comfortable AirBnB in Aggieland...and it's hosted by 12-time Super hosts w/over 1,000 5-star reviews.

This transitioning neighborhood boast a colorful blend of Bryan community, graduate students, and higher end student housing nestled against the excitement of Northgate and the A&M Campus.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.
1.1 mile walking distance to Kyle field.

One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Santa’s Wonderland get away
My wife, toddler, two dogs and I stayed at the gatsby for a couple of nights while in aggieland to visit Santa’s Wonderland. The apartment was perfect. Location was great and we will definitely be back. The only thing we had issues with was the internet kept going in and out. Also the shower did not get very hot, it was warm, but not hot. Besides that everything was fantastic.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet stay in the College Station area. The owners and other staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. It was very clean, organized, and had a fun theme. Definitely book one of Randy and his team’s VRBOs for your next stay!
