High ceilings, historic architecture, just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater on Main Street, and views of the Palace Theater and Carnegie Library from the front windows, make this historic 2nd floor apartment a unique experience in all of Bryan/College Station.
Vibrant Downtown!
Nightlife noises from businesses, restaurants, clubs, music venues etc.
Apartment is walking distance all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Bryan and just an 8 minute drive to the Texas A&M Campus. With king beds in each bedroom and two fold out sofas, up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably.
We are not far away and are available to help in any way we can.
Downtown Bryan overlooking Main St. Easy access to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Downtown living at its best.
Short walk to Shuttle that runs from downtown Bryan to Kyle Field on game days.
There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)
Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.
Trains run North/South through the full length of Bryan/College Station
Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.

Literally PICTURESQUE and TIMELESS
We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Satchmo! We were in town to film a wedding (we are professional videographers & photographers) and we even used some of our time at the Satchmo to do a themed photo shoot of us as well - perfect for that vintage vibe or to host a few friends! Super convenient to restaurants & bars plus we totally loved the historic building with high- ceilings, original hardwood floors, New Orleans style decor PLUS a CLAWFOOT TUB w/ shower! Beautiful bay windows that overlook downtown. DEFINITELY recommend staying here - the classic beauty & charm is unparalleled :)

Don’t look any further!
The original craftsmanship, woodwork, and modern decor gave this unit so much character! The place was immaculate, fully stocked with towels and toiletries, and close to so many restaurants within walking distance. The beds and pillows were comfy! So glad we picked this gem for our overnight stay in Bryan! We will look this place up first when we come back to visit our Aggie!

Awesome property
Overall stay was amazing. Starting off with communication with property owners they were very accommodating and responsive. They made the check in and arrival smooth. Then the property itself was just as listed. House was clean and everything you would expect in a rental property was there plus some. Would highly recommend. And will be staying here again.

Very large, comfortable loft with plenty of room to spread out. I grew up in Bryan and the restored hundred year old building really reminds me of "the way things were"!

Great location a big!
My husband, son, and I stayed with my sister and her husband over Christmas. The rental was only 10 minutes away from our parents, so this rental was an ideal place to stay while not being over crowded at our parents house. The rental was very spacious and had all the necessities. Great location in that we can walk to the shops and restaurants. We will be definitely staying there again for the next family event!

Very cute location. The unit is well equipped, super clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is easy to access and just upstairs from downtown shopping and restaurant and bars.
