Just minutes to the boat launch that gives you access to North Pond, Round Pond, and South Pond for hours of paddling and taking in nature.
Also less than 10 minutes from MT Abram Ski Area and Bike Park for year round recreation.
The main floor features a modern kitchen and cozy living room while the upper level has the 3 bedrooms.
