“Absolutely beautiful house sparkling clean and it had everything we needed just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Connie & John easy check in & great communication. We visited from UK to see our son who lives in Columbia MD. After a week seeing the sights of DC Baltimore Annapolis & wider Maryland it was perfect to wind down and relax in North Beach. Enjoyed walks on the boardwalk and great meals in local restaurants at the end of 7th Street. Lovely brunch at the bakery and loved……

“We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. ”

The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and convenient to so many things. We were near our family who live close as well as doing some sightseeing. The house is very clean and welcoming. “Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful! ”
