Older simple motel property, but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Restaurant is cozy spot with great breakfasts. Be sure to arrive at motel office for check in before they close for evening. Located about 10 minute drive from Bryce.

Beautiful and quiet location. The newly built rooms are clean and comfortable. We were here in off season so restaurant did not have everything, but the staff was helpful in explaining what was available.

The carpet was extremely stained and old. The shower/tub handle was broken and only allowed scorching hot water. We had a long day in Bryce Canyon National Park and we needed a shower (which we were unable to use). The office was closed at 9PM and there was no one available until 7AM (we were hoping we could shower in another room). Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The rug in our room needed to be cleaned/replaced. I am not sure if our room was scheduled for a new rug as other rooms did have different carpeting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. When we checked in the receptionist stated coffee would be available at 7. We were leaving early so we were looking forward to it, however it was not ready until 7:30.

Bryce Canyon Pines. Is the perfect home base while exploring Bryce Canyon. Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant was a walk away from our room. Great home cooked meals. I highly recommend.

Worst room we've ever stayed in. Key didn't work, bathroom door didn't close and the toilet seat was loose. Don't stay here. Terrible.

Good base for exploring park; excellent service
Comfortable place offering good value and excellent service in a convenient location near the park entrance. Shower could use an upgrade, but does the job. Unfortunately, cable TV was out (provider problem) and restaurant closed for renovation at the time of our one-night stay, but neither was a deal-breaker. Would stay there again.

My family and I recently stayed at the hotel for a night, and while our room stay was satisfactory, the experience after our departure left us immensely disappointed. Unfortunately, my daughter forgot her backpack in the room, and we only realized this several hours after leaving the hotel and being a considerable distance away. Upon contacting the hotel and speaking with the manager, Evan, we were met with a lack of empathy and customer care. Despite being willing to ship the forgotten bag back to us, Evan immediately requested shipping charges without offering any apologies or understanding for the inconvenience caused. I was dismayed by the absence of a proactive approach from the hotel staff; a simple call alerting us about the bag could have resulted in a swift resolution, considering we were nearby for several hours after our departure. The manner in which the situation was handled by the hotel manager, especially the request for shipping charges without any acknowledgment of their oversight, was disappointing. Despite feeling obligated to cover the shipping fees due to the bag's contents, I found this lack of customer service disheartening. While our room stay met our expectations, the post-stay experience marred our overall impression. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and communication to prevent such inconveniences in the future.

Loved this place. What a value!
Nice roadside motel just outside of Bryce Canyon. Very affordable. Great staff. They provided extra blankets to all guests during an unplanned local power outage. They were very accommodating to us when our plans changed on our reservation. Local restaurant is in the parking lot with great home cooking.
