Great location and backyard!
We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.

Great family reunion location
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for the 80th birthday of the matriarch of my extended family. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon were very close and convenient to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the large backyard was amazing. The house was clean and big enough to gather all together at times and also to spread out and not always be on top of each other. We'll come again sometime!

50th wedding anniversary family reunion
Our family gathered for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and the house was perfect for us! Lots of comfortable bedrooms and gathering rooms. The kids played basketball and netless volleyball, and we sat around the fire pit at night. There is a pool/ping-pong table that was a huge hit with the teens! Bryce Canyon is right there, so hiking and exploring were lots of fun. We had a wonderful celebration and reunion!

Great location and size for a large group
The location is 10 minutes away from the entrance of Bryce Canyon which was great. It is also situated near Ruby’s Inn and a general store to pick up food or other items. Through Ruby’s Inn you can book horseback riding, ATV, wagon rides, rodeo and country music and dinner show. Although I like more modern rentals, The home itself was clean and large. We liked the big backyard and basketball court. The property manager was very responsive when I had question. We had a great time! Thanks

Amazing location with lots of room
Spacious property with gorgeous views. In town but the hilltop location makes you feel out of town, so it is the best of both worlds. Our family of 8 had more than enough room to spread out. This was an excellent base for seeing the canyon, going to the rodeo, shopping and sight seeing. Communication with property managers was clear and prompt. We will definitely be back.

We had all of our kids and grandkids with us on this stay. Plenty of room for all 17 of us. Large house and yard with fun things to do. The house is VERY close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. We had a great time!

Amazing experience!
We had three families together for a long weekend, age range from 18 mos up to 40s. Plenty of activities to entertain kids when parents were resting from all the hiking we did. The owners were very quick to reply to questions while here at the house. This house met every need we had and exceeded our expectations. Location was great, just a short drive to amazing trail heads. We would definitely stay here again and have started talking about our next adventure here.

Bryce Canyon retreat
The house is large with plenty of room for a large group and it is sooo close to Bryce Canyon. We loved being in such close proximity. It also has a great yard with swings that occupied our small grandchildren - a great plus. I wish I could give the house a raving 5 stars but I can’t due to cleanliness. The house is in serious need of deep cleaning!!!! The counters and beds were clean but door frames, walls, tops of curtains , fans and floor boards were all extremely dirty and dusty. The attached counter chairs are grimy to touch and look at. And the faux plants above the kitchen cabinets are terribly dirty and dusty! The return air ducts were dark brown with dirt. If this house was sparkling clean with a new indoor paint job which it is also in strong need - I would give it 10+stars.

Great for kids
The place is great for kids. We stayed at the home most of the time because of my 20 year old that has multiple disabilities so it had things to do for my eight grandchildren. Plenty of space inside and out. Very close to Bryce Canyon and Mossy cave.

Roomy
The location was convenient and the number of bedrooms met our needs. The inquiries we sent to the owners were answered promptly. It was quite helpful to have some photos of what was in the kitchen cupboards and drawers so that we could plan in advance for our cooking needs. I must say that the sinks in all the bedrooms was unusual and we wondered about the history of the use of the home. Overall, our needs were met.

Great house!
The size of the house was great, we had 10 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space, also can't beat the location, right outside of Bryce National Park! Some drawbacks though, house could definitely use a few more pillows, also the sprinkler system could use a time adjustment, they went off every morning at like 530am waking up half the house. Also would've been nice to be able to use the garage(didn't realize we couldn't till we got the final stay instructions) we left all of our dusty gear out on the front porch to not track so much into the house and the first night most of it got hosed down by the sprinkler system.

Great family cabin
Lots of rooms for everyone; the kids enjoyed playing downstairs in the gameroom/family room. Unfortunately there were no pingpong balls, which our kids had been looking forward to playing - and nowhere to buy any in town - but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to Bryce Canyon (about a 5 min drive).

Great location except for the junky yard next door. The house was a little more worn and dated than I expected, but it was large enough for our family and the property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Disappointed
The property was not cleaned at all. The dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and it smelled very bad. The floors were very dirty, carpet had stains all over the place and the couches were very dated, one broken, dirty and we had no linen for the pull out couches. Also, under the couch cushions there was trash left over from who knows how long.

We love this place!
Our group consists of four siblings, spouses, and assorted teenagers, who select a week every year to reconnect with each other. We keep coming back because this property is perfect for us! The house is large with bedrooms both up and down and gathering areas in each. The teenagers can have their own space while the adults visit upstairs. A vanity in every room is extremely convenient, and really reduces the congestion in the bathrooms. And there’s always plenty to do. We love to have ping pong tournaments, or a game of horse. When tired of that, there’s hiking and mountain biking. Thanks for opening up your home. We hope to be back for many more years.

The house is spacious and the view is beautiful! The owner is very responsive and provides activity suggestions. Some reviewers have complained that there isn’t enough kitchen seating but there are folding tables and chairs if you have a larger group. Toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo are provided. Great location, close to park shuttle bus
We have group 20 people and this house provides plenty space. Two sets of washing machine is very convenient to us. Especially the non-stop hot water satisfy for our group is critical. We asked for additional blankets and towels, the manager quickly delivered them to us. The house has beautiful backyard and in a very quite area but close to restaurants and shops. We enjoy staying here.

large and spacious.
Our family had a great vacation at your rental home. The back yard was awesome. The pool/ ping pong table was a hit with my older grandchildren. The house needs a deep cleaning. walls need cleaning and painted and the upstairs carpet needs cleaning. The sheets on the beds were like plastic, master bathroom shower needs new chalking. Wasn't enough blankets. We did love the location of the house. We did enjoy it . Just a few things need attention. Thanks again !!!!!

Family gathering
This home was perfect for our family gathering . The kids loved the huge yard and the ping pong and pool table . The sinks in each bedroom made getting ready each morning easy. The location was so close to Bryce Canyon. The only thing I wish this house had was a waffle iron. Thanks for the great place to stay as we gathered our family together for a fun adventure . This was a huge property which accommodated our extended families very well. The kids loved the back garden space and were out there in snow and chill. Indoors the downstairs room was brilliant with table tennis/pool table and large tv. In many ways this is a five star property but some aspects of furnishing - broken settee, rip in leather seat and a temperamental washing machine which worked on limited options; the second machine was out of order, was a concern for us. Fabulous location though for accessing Bryce NP. Thank you, we had a great time.

Perfect way to enjoy Bryce
This home exceeded our expectations. The great view from the kitchen and dining room added to the fun of gathering for meals. Each bedroom felt special with their own sink. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of pans and dinnerware to handle the needs of our good sized group. Two clothes washers and dryers made it easy to keep with our laundry needs. The Bryce Canyon retreat is now on our list of places we want to come back to.

Great family getaway!
We had 13 people (5 kids aged 2-11, 5 adults, and 3 seniors) stay in the 6-bedroom house and we all had a wonderful time! The dining room was the only space that was a little cramped as there was really only seating for 12. We brought the kids’ outdoor patio table in for the younger ones to sit at to have room for everyone. While perfectly functional and spacious, the house could use a fresh coat of paint and newer bed and bath linens.

4 nights with 20 women - we all had our space and that space was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The kitchen was well supplied, linens were ample, hot water held out for multiple showers, and there was plenty of room to play and gather, yet niches to retreat to when one wanted a moment of peace.

Great place for a trip with many people
There was more than enough in the way of cutlery/towels/dishes/pots/pans/kitchen gadgets for cooking/sleeping/showering for 13 people. We had a great time here. Visit Willis Creek Narrows if you have a car that can drive dirt roads. Close to Bryce and a fantastic slot canyon!!!

Best Life Ever
The house sets in a very scenic area. We had a group of 20 and the house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The view is amazing. From the rear balcony we saw deer & elk. The layout of the house worked out very well for us. We cooked our meals at the house for the two nights we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is a older home, but the rental price is excellent for the area. The beds were all very comfortable. The property is clean and well taken care of. The manager was very helpful. We visited Bryce Canyon NP in the area and also drove to and back in order to visit Zion NP. Very central to other attractions. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone visiting the area.

Less than other houses
The main advantage of this house is the location. The house is very close to the Bryce Canyon and therefore very convenient to those who travel there. It is a big house with big and nice yard. However, the house is not maintained well enough. The walls and doors should be re-painted, rooms and bathrooms have a very poor decoration and equipment, there were not enough hangers in the closets in the rooms, there were not any hooks for towels in the bathrooms , the kitchen cupboards were not clean enough and in total the house didn't create a pleasant atmosphere for us. We have been in several houses before and they were much more pleasant and much nicer.

the view from the house is fantastic
The house is very pleasant : it is very clear and comfortable ; the children love to play in the garden ! there is a lot of space in the house : we were 18 and it was very toll. Just a remark there are not enough chairs and the table to eat is too small.
