Perfect Lake Get Away

Nice location on the water. Quiet, peaceful place with fun water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. Home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Covered deck on the water was perfect for coffee. Fans made it very comfortable. Any questions asked answered by text quickly. Would definitely like to visit again.

Great summer retreat!

My husband and four teens/tweens loved the house and amenities. They had the best time paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing (bring your own gear). Really nice location with beautiful scenery out each window. House has lots of inside and outside games. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything needed to make cooking a breeze.

Lovely home on the lake

My husband and I loved our stay this past weekend. The view of the lake from the many windows was stunning. There were so many places to enjoy relaxing outside from the upper porches to the lawn, as well as all around the dock area. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen doors and drawers were even labeled so we could easily find everything. And the kitchen was large and a dream to cook and serve in. We will be back for sure!

Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The view, amenities, and house were amazing! The kitchen was a great gathering place while inside and offered everything we needed. The kids were entertained by everything that was available. The only downside was the primary bedroom’s bed. It was way too soft and my husband and I kept rolling to the center of the bed. Next time we’ll just make the kids sleep in there.

My Husband’s Favorite Fishing Spot!

Very clean and perfect property inside and out. So peaceful! Boulders between home and Lake LBJ skiing area but with Code to community boat ramp gate we were able to unload our boat for daily access to incredible Lake LBJ skiing! Peaceful Canoeing and Paddle Boarding… guaranteed successful fishing… and boating on Lake LBJ! Wow! A treasured find! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. College boys, Parents, and 83-year-old Granmomma.

Not perfect, but we would still return. The AC wasn't working great so they had a tech come out who told us that the unit was working perfectly, it was just too small for the house. The home was about 77 degrees inside the house which was not comfortable. My biggest qualm is the wifi. Very slow which made streaming a chore. I had to do some work on my computer and the wifi would randomly drop Other than that it was a nice sized place with a good gorgeous view. Fully stocked with multiple kayaks and paddle boards asking with life jackets of all sizes. Would definitely return, especially if they upgrade their wifi and AC

Great place for a relaxing time

We had a great time! The location was excellent, and we really appreciated having the kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe available. There were also plenty of outdoor seating options, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely rent again!

Free-roaming

The house was more than we hoped for. We’re a large family, having 4 children, 3 of which are under 4, so we needed something to meet everyone’s needs. The absolute best part (aside from the stunning views) is that the entire property is fenced in. Our 2 year old had the time of his life exploring every corner. He even took to waving at the morning joggers and saying hi. It’s perfect for keeping littles safe, but giving freedom to the older kids and adults in the group. My husband and I have saved this location so that we can come back when the kids are older and I can finally lay out in the sun next to the water. This really is an incredible property (and there really are kayaks and SO many other games for your use).

Peaceful October retreat

We enjoyed this property in October. Not too many recreational vehicles on the river, so we were able to enjoy the wildlife from the dock. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The view directly across the river is the Fish Hatchery, a beautiful, undeveloped span with lots of trees and various species of birds.

Perfect Vacation

Just about everything during our stay was perfect. The upstairs area and bedroom was a perfect getaway from the teenaged boys! We all very much enjoyed the kayaks!! I am happy to report that I was the winner of the Colorado River Cornhole Championship. The boys are from Germany and had never played cornhole and they enjoyed it immensely! The peace and quiet was beyond amazing!

Amazing view!

Amazing view and great property! We had an amazing time. Only issue was the tv. For whatever reason, the Roku remote didn’t work well. However, we spent the majority of our time outside!
