This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice

Not a 5* hotel, expect 3* at best

The hotel was nice but very hot with no air conditioning. Room was 30 degrees and had no fans. Reception team were not very helpful who told us that it’s cold outside. The hotel was 3 star at best, even with both windows open the room was far too hot!

Good spa not good hotel

It has an amazing swimming pool at the Spa but the hotel is far away to be 5 star. The food of the restaurant is very bad , the room is ok but the shower had liking in the celing and fungus. We saw the cleaner folding the towels we left in the floor instead of changing them for new ones. The location also not good. The staff at the hotel were ver nice and helpful also after we complained.

Christmas trip!

Breakfast is not the best for a 5 stars hotel, it’s same every day and very simple breakfast. Room conditions is not the best for 5* hotel. Spa is the best there .

Poor service. Had a problem with A/C, didn’t send help for it. We left 1 night earlier because of this and hotel did not agree to even talk with us about compensation. Hotel itself is good but too far from center. If the spa is not your main goal of the trip select another hotel.

Bad experience Premier Palace Bucharest

Reception team with very limited knowledge of the english language,hotel located in the south side of town,one hour drive from the airport at 12 noon. No concierge on the premises,no help available when I requested emergency dental help. This hotel is rated 5 stars,but for a local call you must go down to the reception desk(5 star hotel)!!!!!!!!

Städningen gick nog lite väl snabbt då de i badrummet inte hann vika användbara handdukar, glömde fylla på toalettpapper och lämnade fönsterputs på bänken i badrummet. Servicen var inte som 5-stjärnigt. Frukosten var så där.

Less than premiere.

The room had oil stains on the bed spread and the front desk was rude (both the day AND night staff). They initially gave us the wrong room and when I asked to change to the one we had reserved, I was told that “all the rooms are the same”. Then we changed rooms to the correct one (had a large tub). The spa was passable, but 1/3 of the treatment rooms were not working properly and the spa staff were noticeably absent making it hard to reserve services or ask for help/report problems (like a circuit breaker that kept tripping in one of the treatment rooms). The morning breakfast was decent.
