“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Right in the middle of old town, so there are plenty of choices for dinner/drinks. The room was big and well maintained, and separate split wall for the double bed to the other single beds. A bottle of wine was left for us, but there was no bottle opener to enjoy it! I would recommend to family, groups when visiting”

“All was great and the location was fantastic. Great bed , big bathroom lovely service. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the club music resounding in the room at night but manageable with ear buds. Also the room safe was portable so anyone could steal it without needing to open it, big enough to be put in a carrier bag so it didn't feel safe to use it.”

“I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get……
