"Access to the flat and parking was easy and convenient. The flat was a good size and modern. However we did have to contact the owners as the kitchen, dishes, cutlery and appliances were very dirty. The bathtub was not clean and the double bed linens had an odd smell which lingered in the flat until they removed the bedding We reached out to the owners and sent them pictures they were very responsive and apologetic"

"Location on the map is wrong. No emails received with instructions. WiFi not working. TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working. No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. I do not write bad reviews a lot, but I thought I should write one so other people know what to expect... "

"All the rooms are very spacious and well maintained with everything one could reasonably need for a few nights or a longer stay. For a longer stay some people may want a dishwasher but that was not a problem for us. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Hot water supply was virtually instantaneous. The beds were comfortable as were the 2 large settees in the lounge which has a long dining table which could seat up to 8 people. The TV worked well. The check in and out...

"The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and that is what we liked about it. Our room was one without air conditioning and we were in a heat wave but the fan provided kept us cool. There was a party on the Friday night and the loud music kept us up but we eventually were able to sleep. My husband used the pool and gym and was happy with the facilities. We had breakfast one morning and it was a very good buffet with lots of choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Denham Grove and would stay there again!"

"On arrival, the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. We booked it for the scenery and the amenities and they didn’t disappoint. The room, however, was disappointing. There are 3 separate buildings you could be put in, not just the main cover photo building. There seems to be a building designed with business stays in mind which I am sure is practical for that purpose. However, as we were there for a leisure stay, I was quite disappointed to be put in that building as it was lacking personality and had a very prison-like layout (if you have been in one then you will understand what I mean). I have attached a picture for reference. There was no air con in the room and no fridge either which I was surprised at, and the window overlooked a roof that staff were working on so it compromised any sort of privacy. It was a very bittersweet stay but I suppose you get what you pay for as the prices were good."

"One of the key features of this hotel is room styles we had a decadent room the copper bath in the middle of the room which unfortunately could not hold any water as the bath plug leaked so what ever went in pretty much drained away and then to add to that the water was stone cold as the tap did not work correctly and also you could not shut off the shower unless you had the strength of Hercules, why is none of this checked before the room is given out, a shame as last time i stayed here it was a good experience now the rooms seem tired and for the prices being paid for the room and food and drink they need to do better"

"We stayed over night with our son (aged 13). On arrival our room was upgraded as they did not have any more pull out beds which was an absolute bonus. Ibraham at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. The swimming pool was not too busy and they allowed us to have some extra time as kids have certain times throughout the day. Overall experience was brilliant with a great choice of food for breakfas. We will definitely come back again."
