“My reservation was for 3 people. We had towel for 2. Had to ask for more towels. Did received the towel. The next day again the cleaning staff left towels for 2 people. AGAIN HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS. The chair in the room had a broken leg. the Desk table was wobbly. The lamp shade had months of dust on them. The bedding was clean.”

Also, the natural light is great. A box fan helps with air circulation in the closet bedroom. As others have noted, beds are firm and could use some padding for those of us who are older. Road is very close and road noise will be heard at night. Earplugs help. Shower is just perfect and does have some……
