“Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. “The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.”
