「飯店環境不好，很多流浪漢，大門口有一堆垃圾，充滿垃圾味道，地鐵出入口只有樓梯，要抬大行李箱不方便，棉被太舊髒髒的，還有起毛球，有冷氣但每天要付1.5歐才能用，但服務人員態度非常友善，wifi不錯。」

「They were very helpful - they made sure they waited for us when our flight was delayed and then offered us a tea or coffee. Also helped in helping us figure out transportation to the river 」

"Hotel is close to river. We can go everywhere by walk. Room is big enough and very well design with many storage area. We feel comfortable to take our items which is different with other hotels. Bed is also comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious with many options. Everything is good. "
