I’m a frequent traveler to Budapest and stayed here several times for the same reasons each time: the location is superb, the flat is spacious, good value and the owner is always nice and helpful. Recommended for this price range.

No recomiendo este alojamiento por estos tres motivos: - No hay recepción. Si llegábamos después de las 21 pm, teníamos que oagar15€ por reactivar los códigos). Al final, nos permitieron hasta las 21.30 (nuestro tren llegó con mucho retraso y esto nos causó mucho estrés) hacer el check-in sin pagar esos15€ sin sentido. - No nos pareció seguro en absoluto.Llegamos al apartamento, salimos a dar1vuelta y, al volver, nos habían abierto el apartamento y nos habían robado. La puerta del alojamiento gnral y del apto concreto(ver en las fotos adjuntas) se abría fácilmente. Tienen cámaras, pero da igual. Desde el alojamiento, al día siguiente y tras varios mensajes y llamadas sin respuesta, no nos pudieron dar una alternativa de alojamiento. Esa misma noche, tras estar hasta las 5.31 am con la policía, tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta y sólo apoyada con una mesa detrás. Al día siguiente, tras muchas llamadas y mensajes a Expedia, nos recolocaron a las 20.00 pm, tras estar todo el día en la calle sin alojamiento y con las maletas. Una de las gestoras del apartamento fue muy amable e hizo seguimiento al día siguiente por la tarde especialmente (bastante tarde si todo pasó antes de la 1.30 am de la noche anterior), pero también fue difícil contactar con ella. El segundo teléfono que mencionan en los emails y que figura en el propio alojamiento no existe y nunca respondieron ni a nosotrxs ni a la policía. - Al estar en una calle de fiesta, hay bastante ruido en el apartamento.

Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.

Was a very nice stay for the price, I cannot complain about that, if you wanted to do an early check in you needed to pay and I tought that was a bit unnecessarily knowing that the apartment was already free for us, we also payed for a cleaning fee which is fair enough! This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. First of all, we could not check in when we arrived. The address provided by the property did not match the address shown on Expedia, which caused us a huge problem. We were unable to access the accommodation and ultimately had to rent another hotel because of this. When we eventually saw the apartment, the condition was absolutely unacceptable. The place was extremely, disgustingly dirty. There was hair all over the bedsheets, the towels were wet, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and there were food remnants left on the dishes. The entire apartment felt filthy and unhygienic. On top of that, we were charged a €25 cleaning fee, which we had to pay by credit card through WhatsApp because they would not accept cash. We were also charged €15 in city taxes, even though the website stated that the city taxes would be only €11. The apartment was supposed to accommodate four people, yet they provided only one roll of toilet paper. After two days, we had completely run out. Since there is no reception and apparently nobody is actually present at the property, there was no practical way to ask for more, so we had to buy our own toilet paper. There was also no shower gel, body wash, shampoo, soap, or any basic toiletries whatsoever. To make matters worse, several things in the apartment were broken or in terrible condition. The refrigerator was broken, and we even found dirty socks behind the sofa. T

Location is superb, it's a great budget solution

For an economy stay it's always fine, very basic but so is the price. The location is superb and it's a spacious room. They didn't invest in the look and feel but at these rates I would and couldn't expect that. It's all there, even have A/C. WiFi worked great. One thing I would recommend is that they add soap in the shower, if not bring some soap/shampoo from home.

The room seemed a bit tired and worn out, the floor was dirty/dusty, the shower didn’t hold a consistent temperature, the bathroom had ants, the fridge was not cold. The biggest issue was that the door did not lock from the inside and the door code wasn’t uniquely mine. The walls were also very thin so I could hear neighbour conversations, music, activities etc. I was unlucky to get the room by the main door so could hear (and feel) all the comings and goings. Finally during check in I could not open the main door. It took 30 minutes for the staff to respond during which time someone else from the building let me in. lock from
