We had a great stay at Pullman. Great atmosphere in both lobby and at the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was everything we had hoped for. We felt very welcome, and will definitely stay there again.

This hotel should not be considered a 5 star hotel. Maybe an average 4 star at best. Inconsistent staff and some actually quite unhelpful and unfriendly where some are the opposite. Some staff don’t seem to know their own facility or practices. Rooms were nice and plenty of space but AC was not good and sometimes didn’t work. Cleaners were great and friendly. Breakfast staff were awful and put us off going back the following day. Unfortunately we didn’t really enjoy our stay.

Overall it was great, but unfortunately there was a loud diskotek above our heads the first and second night, followed by a drilling noise the third night. Staff was nice, room was clean. Noise was an issue.
