Very nice place, good location. The only note that the bathroom had a bit of mold and needed scrubbing. Also the body lotion was either empty or broken bottle as nothing comes out. Other than that, no issues. Breakfast has great variety and is super tasty! Definitely will book again this place next time traveling.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Personal variiert in seiner Qualität sehr stark. Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend, Restaurantpersonal sehr wortkarg, Barpersonal leider nicht wirklich fachkundig, schwache Drinks, überpünktlicher Ladenschluss, welcher ohnehin schon früh ausfällt. Die Besetzung der Bar während meiner Reise reagierte sehr genervt mit mehrfachem Blick auf die Uhr, als ich 15 Minuten vor Schluss noch Getränke wollte. Das ist merkwürdig für ein solches Hotel !

Very cute and cozy hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time. Great breakfast too!

Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, und das Duschgel war leer. Im Kühlschrank befand sich noch eine alte Saftpackung, und die Bettwäsche wies Flecken auf. Zudem war das Toilettenpapier nicht ausreichend vorhanden, der Duschkopf stark verkalkt und der Waschbecken nicht sauber. Für ein Premiumzimmer hätte ich mindestens eine Wasserflasche erwartet. Auch der Lichtspiegel im Bad war locker befestigt – insgesamt kein zufriedenstellendes Erlebnis.

Schönes und modernes Hotel mit Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! 20min Spaziergang zur Gellertbrücke. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Beim Hotel gleich (5min) in Richtung Donau befindet sich ein beliebter grüner Park am Fluss mit Joggingstrecken, Spielwiesen und Restaurants. Komme gerne wieder!

once was enough

we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)

The room was really nice. However the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted to less than 24 degrees over the night. In addition the check-in was extremely slow, they were 3 people with 2 workstations. However only one was working. In addition to this, the person was very slow and people were cutting in line without the reception saying something. Meaning I had to step in even though I was extremely tired.
