The Up Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The room was lovely, immaculately clean and with lovely views over the park and trees opposite. The staff were all so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic, a great selection to choose from, including gluten free croissants, which were amazing. A 20 minute ish walk from the Basilica and all the main city attractions and the metro only 5 minutes away, so the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

We visited Budapest for the champions league final and the city was buzzing. The hotel did a good job balancing the atmosphere and crowds. There was nothing lacking in our stay and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and if there was extra stress because of the full hotel, the staff didn’t let it show.

This hotel is modern, well located in the city for restaurants, and city access. Staff were very friendly. The room was excellent, and spotlessly clean. One criticism would be the bar is unnecessarily expensive even for hotel pricing. The cafe in the park just across the road is excellent, and well worth a visit. Nice local food market on Saturday morning in the park. We booked a terrace room and would suggest doing in summer months, sitting outside watching a Budapest sunset was worth the little extra. Would happily recommend the Up hotel.

Excellent room, great breakfast, I got the delux room or whatever and the view was great. I loved how close it was to the station and then walkable for tourist sights and seeing the river. Never ate at the bar because the area was so good but people looked like they were having a good time. Staff also gave good recommendations and maps upon arrival. 11/10
