"We've already been the second time in this apartment and had a very nice stay. There is everything in the apartment that you need for a holiday stay, the beds are comfortable and in general it's a very quiet spot with a beautiful view of the sea. The landlord and his wife were very helpful and friendly, even before the stay. We felt very much at home. We definitely will come back for another time."

"We had a perfect stay. The house lies in a quiet environment with a beautiful view over the sea. We loved having breakfast or dinner at the balcony enjoying this view. All rooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms and you can use a washing machine. We arrived early and Mario gave us a bathroom, living room, Terras and kitchen to use till we could check in. Very kind. We would definitely recommend this place."

"The villa is modern, clean, has a nice swimming pool and very comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms and the livingroom are equiped with aircondintioning which is really great. There's also plenty of (private) parking space available. The owner of the villa is very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips and advise on things to do and restaurats to visit. Overall we had a great holiday in the villa."

"We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Great facilities with a number of amazing quiet outdoor spaces. The gardens and pool area are very well looked after and cared for. The rooms and reception areas were very spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay."

"Great place but wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly. Breakfast options were very poor in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia and mostly included sweets. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't great but looks nice."

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. About a 10 min walk to beach with a couple of restaurants there. Paid parking at the beach that takes card. Overall we liked it and would stay again. "

"A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."
