Pictures at not showing the actual condition

We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids. There are 2 apartments in the building shown - 1 upstairs - 1 downstairs. Check with the owner which one you book. We stayed in the lower one. Owner speaks Italian only, responds promptly to messages and in general very helpful, purchased a drying rack for the clothes and new pots for us. Advantages: suitable for family with kids, sufficient storage place to put your stuff, good location with nearby supermarket, beach (both <1km) Disadvantages: no view to the sea from the downstairs apartment ants are everywhere, beneath the bed, kitchen, inside!!! the fridge, leaving out a single wrap on energy bar on the table overnight is big no-no. There are no mosquito nets on the windows Dirty cabinets, drying rack for dishes Scratched frying pans - we ended up buying a set for ourselves no dishwasher stained linen - upon requesting clean ones owner pulled out a second set that was in worse condition than the first. single set of towels provided, no beach towels provided insufficient lighting in the apartment, particularly in the kitchen area slow internet connection Would look for another place to stay next time.

Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wohnung ist gut gelegen - hat einen wunderbaren großen überdachren Balkon mit herrlichem Rundumblick. Inneneinrichtung ist praktisch, Klimaanlage nur für das Wohnzimmer. Maurizio ist sehr nett und alles hat sofort sehr gut geklappt!

Delle persone meravigliose ci hanno accolti curando ogni minimo dettaglio e facendoci sentire a casa nostra! L'appartamentino vicino al mare migliore in assoluto, se dovessi dare un voto sarebbe dieci per la casa e per i proprietari straordinari! Ritorneremo
