Nice holidays

We had a very nice vacation. The location is perfect and the house is equipped with everything necessary. The owner is very nice and answered our questions to our complete satisfaction. We will certainly come again. It would be nice, if there were seating on the terrace upstairs. That is the only small deficiency.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht

Ich versuche die Bewertung sehr detailliert zu schreiben, damit diese für weiter Interessenden hilfreich/ aussagekräftig ist. Das Haus befindet sich tatsächlich ca. 200 Meter vom Stand entfern und nicht so wie in der Anzeige vom Vermieter angegeben "nur 50 Meter". Also 50 Meter ist definitiv falsche Angabe. Auch was in der Anzeige nicht angegeben ist, dass das Haus direkt auf sehr stark befahrbarer Straße steht. Die Fenster von beiden Schlafzimmern gehen unglücklicherweise auch zur Straße, so dass man auch in der Nacht mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht ruhig schlafen kann, besonders wenn keine Klimaanlage gibt. SEHR WICHTIG: Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage und bei den Außentemperaturen von 35-42 Grad ist es einfach unmöglich im Haus zu sein und besonders was für die Familie zu kochen. Die Küche ist sehr klein und hat keinen richtigen Fenster, auch die Abzugshaube saugt das Luft nicht nach außen sondern zirkuliert heißen Luft in der erster Etage da die Küche nicht abschließbar ist. Ich habe versucht den Vermittler am nächsten Tag anzusprechen, dass wir unseren Urlaub nicht genießen können und er eine mobiles Klimagerät, welches nur 200-300 Euro kosten besorgen soll, drauf hin habe ich ihm nicht mehr gesehen und er hat sich auch nicht gemeldet. Das Haus gehört einer alter Frau (ca. 80 Jahre) und der A. ist nur der Vermittler, welcher Kontakt zu den Kunden pflegt. In die Möbel und Ausstattung wurde seit 30 Jahren nicht investiert. Das war kein Erholung für uns.

Alloggio in ottima posizione vicino al mare

La casa è su due piani, con ampio soggiorno e terrazze. E' situata in ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia. L'auto può essere parcheggiata agevolmente all'interno della proprietà. La dotazione NON include la biancheria, ma la casa è dotata di lavatrice, forno a microonde e macchina da caffè espresso.

Haus mit Charakter

Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Räume sind angenehm groß, Ausstattung gut, Haus blitzsauber. Der Empfang war herzlich, alles perfekt geklappt, unser Gastgeber stets für Fragen offen. Vom Haus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Meer, auch Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einziges Manko aus unserer Sicht ist der Verkehr. Die Straße, die unmittelbar am Haus vorbei führt, ist stark befahren, was wir als sehr unangenehm erlebt haben.

Eine schlimme Überraschung

Das Haus ist eine Hausschreibe und liegt direkt an der Straße, die relativ stark befahren ist, alle 10 Sekunden kommt ein Auto. Es gibt keinen Garten, nur eine Terrasse zur Straße hin, circa 3 m entfernt. Man kann das Meer von dort aus zwar erahnen, allerdings hat man keinen Meerblick! Es stehen Bäume dazwischen. Das Meer ist fußläufig Ca 150 m. Das Haus ist mit Möbeln aus den sechziger Jahren bestückt, die alle nicht gerade komfortabel oder schön sind. Die Betten haben keine Lattenroste, sondern Drahtgeflechte. Die Schlafzimmer gehen alle zur Straße raus. Das Badezimmer ist alt und ohne jeglichen Komfort. In der Dusche kann man sich gar nicht bewegen und der Warmwassertank ist viel zu klein zum Duschen . Kabel hängen aus der Wand. Es ist kein Haus zum wohlfühlen. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung ausgezogen, weil man so keinen Urlaub machen kann. Es war eine totale FehlBuchung. Der Vermieter war nicht anwesend und hat seine Mutter und Großmutter vorgeschickt, die nur Italienisch sprachen. Von der vorausgezahlten Leistung haben wir nicht einen Cent zurückbekommen. Ich würde mich schämen so eine Ferienwohnung zu vermieten! Fewo direkt ist auch für nichts zuständig und war uns auch keine Hilfe.

Nice holiday home near the beach

Wes spent 3 lovely weeks at Villa Rosa. Even the reception by Antonello's mother and grandmother was very warm. The house is appropriately furnished and offers enough space. On the terrace or the balconies there is always a shady or sunny spot. If it is very hot, air conditioning would not be bad :-) Sometimes you hear the cars on the road to the beach. The beautiful sandy beach and the beach bars are only a few minutes walk. It is also close to the center of Budoni. We (two adults and one child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Villa Rosa for a family Holiday.

Vacanza perfetta

Ho soggiornato con marito e figlia per 13 notti a Villa Rosa. La casa è bella e perfettamente servita, vicina al mare e dotata di ogni comfort. La signora Rosina, la proprietaria, è stata adorabile. La spiaggia di Budoni, a due passi, è una delle belle della Sardegna, non invoglia a spostare l'auto. Anche il paese, raggiungibile in passeggiata, ha offerto mercatini ed eventi! Una vacanza doc!!!! Unica pecca:la bouganville attira un sacco di vespe....

Relax per famiglie a due passi dal mare

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle fotografie presenti sul sito, l'abbiamo trovata ben pulita e ordinata. Si trova a 100mt a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina, dove è presente un bar-pizzeria, mentre per raggiungere il centro di Budoni è preferibile prendere la macchina. La vicinanza al mare ci ha consentito di organizzarci al meglio per la gestione della giornata con la nostra bambina piccola. La sig.ra Rosina è stata molto cordiale e disponibile sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza Unica pecca un po' di rumore serale dovuto ad alcuni locali nei dintorni ed al viavai di auto e persone lungo la strada.

Perfetta casa per famiglie che amano il bel mare

La casa é ben fornita e in posizione strategica a meno di 150m dalla spiaggia di Budoni. Gli spazi all'aperto sono molti e posizionati in modo che c´é sempre un angolo fresco e ventilato per colazione pranzo e cena. Le docce fuori (2 piú un tubo dell'acqua) rendono facile il ritorno dalla spiaggia per pranzo o cena. La spiaggia di Budoni é bellissima e alla fine non abbiamo trovato nelle vicinanze una spiaggia talmente bella da farci scegliere di non usare quella davanti casa. La sera, sul terrazzo che guarda verso la spiaggia, le cene sono sempre rinfrescate dalle brezze marine e anche durante il periodo piú caldo di questa estate 2017 abbiamo trovato un po di respiro e fresco. Antonello e sua mamma Rosina sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno aiutato con tutto quello che abbiamo richiesto prima e durante il soggiorno. Un posto molto adatto per le famiglie con bambini come la nostra, visto il poco sforzo per prepararsi ed essere giá sul mare cristallino della Sardegna. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Nice Villa near the beach

The house is well equipped and has a lot of different space outside where you can eat your breackfast, lunch and dinner. the car is needed only for the supermarket and center of town (15 min by walk). The balcony facing the sea is perfect almost all the day, and is enough a light breeze from the sea to make you enjoy your food without suffering from the nice Italian hot summer. The outside showers (2 + one water hose) were perfect to fix the family and children before lunch and dinners. perfect house for a family with children. surely a place to come back to. Antonello and his mother Rosina were very gentle and available to all of our request before and after our arrival. We miss already the Budoni beach, with its cristalline water and nice snorkeling areas.

La casa rispecchia la descrizione del proprietario. Molto comoda la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia. Comoda la zona esterna per mangiare e riposarsi nelle ore calde pomeridiane. Se ritornassimo a Budoni sicuramente ripeteremmo l'esperienza. Se sprovvisti dell'auto rimane scomodo dal centro paese

Ottima posizione

Casa accogliente e in posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di raggiungere le più belle spiagge nelle vicinanze. Inoltre la spiaggia di Budoni era facilmente raggiungibile dopo una brevissima passeggiata di 100 m. I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Spacious and really close to beach

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Rosa and really liked it. The (functional) house is only a 3-minute walk away from a nice beach with clear water. Beach and house are very suitable for (small) kids. To go to the center of Budoni it's a 15-minutes walk, though if you don't mind to be a little bit outside but therefore closer to the beach that's the place to be for you. And we were warmly received at our arrival.
