Not very quiet. Can clearly hear all the noise from the hallway. Electrical outlet in the bathroom was worn down, my flat iron plug was barely holding on. Pretty clean room was a plus.

Property serves my needs as a good spot for work travel in the Buena Park and Whiteier area. Close to Knotts Berry if you are there for fun. Ample parking, staff is great, breakfast daily is a plus, good coffee in the lobby, and a special shout out to Michaela who checked me in and was a huge help!

The staff was very friendly and my stay was good. The only negative was that there was not a hair dryer in the room. I am sure there would've been one avaliable at the desk, but it would've been nice to have it there in the room. Everything else was very good.

Area is nice. Lots of places where you can eat. Staff in the morning are rude,very rude. Room is too small and kinda dirty.

Property location for Knotts Berry Farm is excellent. Due to location and busy streets, lots of noise from traffic. Easy on and off freeway. Lots of dining near by. Free breakfast Small fitness center (one eliptical, two treadmill, dumbells), free always hot coffee.

I needed to wash so I asked for laundry location she said they closed in 30 min. so had to wash and not dry bc they close the laundry. after that I asked if we could sit in breakfast to eat our dinner and she said as long as you clean up after yourself and I said no problem. I work front desk so (I wouldn't have responded that way) went to sit to have dinner and place was already dirty probably from previous guest

The hotel was decent for the price. The issue I had was I was charged $250 for a damaged towel and wash cloth. It was not damaged my hair is burgundy and it bleeds when I shower. I do take accountability for my hair color coming off on the white towel and wash cloth but I also know these do come out when washed. If you want to charge me for the towel I can accept that what I can’t accept is being charged $250 which is more than my room cost! Spoke to management to resolve this issue and have been waiting for over a week too hear back. Just beware because under the description of the charge they put smoking charges and when I called to dispute they said it was cause of the towel.

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites was awesome. Check in was quick. Breakfast was satisfactory and the front desk folks were kind and responsive to our needs/request. Used the fitness center which had all equipment in working order. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay just for one night, and we could not sleep at all. The minibar was making noise every two hours (like if it was making ice cubes), we could not disconnect it. Then they have this blue light from the climate control, that cannot be turn off and does not let the room to be really dark. At 9:00 AM the cleaning services knocking the door when check out is at noon. We were not lucky with this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was like sleeping on a rock way to firm, the television extremely small. I believe it’s just a dated hotel but the staff extremely friendly.

Online add listed that ALL rooms had smart TV’s. Come to find out that is not true and my room has a very outdated TV and does not meet my expectations. When asked if I could move to another room with the amenity, I was told no. I am not satisfied.
