"Excelente estrutura, atendimento e qualidade das coisas. Achei um pouco invasivo que eles vão muito ao quarto conferir frigobar e vagem na porta mesmo se estiver com a placa de não perturbe. Tirando isso o hotel atende muito bem e entrega o que promete."

"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"

"The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent time in two rooms but in one of the rooms (on the 7th floor) there were lots of noises like the walls were thin and I could hear the plumbing or something (I didn’t experience that on the 3rd floor). "
