Propiedad con buenas fotos, pero en deterioro.

Propiedad con buenas fotos, pero en deterioro. Las fotos muestran correctamente el espacio, la ubicación y los muebles. Pero al estar allá los muebles están descuidados, ollas rayadas que dan idea de mal aseo, los cubiertos no estaban limpios. Y algo que también le falta, es que casi no hay tomas de corriente para trabajar en áreas habilitadas, toca moverse con los equipos para poder cargar. Solo aceptable el lugar.

Sofa bed looked like it had been recovered from a flood damaged property. Communication none existent, locked in unmanned reception unable to get out and no toilet, shocking. Host even entered apartment removing all belongings well before check out time causing us problems at airport with bag declarations. Shocking stay avoid unless desperate and then think twice

Nice location, but dirty and noisy

The location is excellent and the apartment is decent size, but that is all the positive. The room was dirty when we arrived and the shower didn’t work. We wrote to the staff and got it fixed the next day. No in-person staff to help with check in and check out, which is okay, but there were some delays when talking on the phone. Bed was okay. Kitchen looked good, but it was not for cooking as it took hours to heat up.

The property is in an excellent location, the apartment was OK. What was terrible was the communication with management. Before my trip, I tried to communicate with them with a few questions I had about the apartment and what was the possibility to get in before 2pm Since our flight was supposed to arrive at 10:30 AM. We lost our connection, we got at the apartment at 5:10, and no way to communicate with anybody. We were at the door without knowing how to get in. Of course, being on this trip, we didn’t have Wi-Fi. We had to go to a place where we could access our emails, and then we saw the communication about the instructions on how to get in. That was ridiculous!!! why in the world they don’t send us a few days before they check in, don’t they know that people might not have Wi-Fi standing at the door of the Building????? A few days afterwards, we saw family in the same situation. We were when we got there. Unless they change the management and have a better communication with the client, I will not recommend this place at all.

OK pour un court séjour

Situation agréable dans le quartier de Recoleta, à quelques pas de l'av. Puyerredon où on trouve beaucoup de cafés-restaurants et un supermarché. Même si il n'y a pas de vraie réception tout a bien fonctionné pour notre check-in. Nous avons été bien accueillis et nous disons un grand merci à l'équipe de la réception et des nettoyages de nous avoir permis d'entrer dans l'appartement très vite après un long vol international. La literie était très bonne, le chauffage marchait bien, il y avait même deux wc. Cet appartement dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, par contre le mobilier est très simple (canapés vieillots). Comme dit dans de précédents commentaires la porte d'entrée n'a aucune isolation, elle est très fine et les murs aussi donc on entend beaucoup les voisins. Cela peut être dérangeant si on passe beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement. La nuit tout était calme.
