We clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc. before check-in.

HOUSE RULES

The property is located in a residential address. It is not allowed to make noise that may disturb the neighbors. (Silence Law - 10 pm)

Do not throw toilet paper/tampons/etc. in the toilet.

The tenant agrees to send a list with full name and identification document of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the contracted period, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.

Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

It is not allowed to circulate inappropriately dressed people in common areas. Use the service entrance (and elevator) when wearing swimwear or carrying luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand.

Always turn off lights and electrical appliances before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). Failure to comply with this item may result in a daily charge of R$100.00 deducted from the security deposit.

Our check-in is done from 2:00 pm and our checkout is before 11:00 am. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there are no other guests arriving or departing. If you want to guarantee your early check-in or late checkout, you can make a payment equivalent to 50% of a daily rate to reserve the property for your use.

For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bedding with a blanket for each bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bedding and towel exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Our bedding and towels are in perfect condition - please inform us if you find any in poor condition so we can replace them / Do not use bath towel at the beach or pool / Be careful with products that may damage them (especially makeup and sunscreen), as they may be debited from your security deposit.

There is no problem with cooking, but please leave everything in order.

We do not provide oil, salt, and spices, as we understand that these are individual food items.

It is not authorized to leave suitcases at the reception.

All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays.
