The staff at the front desk was very friendly, spoke English, and was very helpful when I needed to charge my phone.

Location was good, front desk- very nice people and helpful, room - one bed was removed and it made a huge room which was ok but my side of the bed was missing a night stand . Bathroom, the taps for hot and cold water were very hard to manipulate especially at the bathtub. There was a glass shield between bathtub and the sink making difficult for me to turn on the water ( other to hot or to cold) and the breakfast area, it was very minimum for continental breakfast. Coffee , tea and two small croissants. No jam . No juice.

Basic room so no fridge,kettle or table but it had 1 chair. Room was very large and could easily accommodate more furniture. It’s an older hotel as the elevators were the original tiny 2 person with 2 doors type. Street noise as is on a busy street with many buses. Breakfast was same every day - coffee,tea and 2 small medialunes . Price is reasonable.

Disappointing not as described

Rooms are very dated no chair to sit on although advertise Flat screen Tv you get a 30 plus TV with no remote which barely works the sheets have hole the towel rail fell to pieces the toilet seat is very loose and rocky the included breakfast is tea coffee 2 small local croissants and a piece of cake no other choice would never stay again nor recommend the reception entrance is the nicest part maybe they should pay more attention to the actual rooms

Um dos piores hotéis que já ficamos. Começa pela café da manhã que não tem comida, somente 2 croassaint e nada mais. Os quartos não tem uma cama confortável.

Café da manhã muito fraco. Apenas dois pequenos croassants e uma xícara de café. Não havia frutas, nem sucos, nem outro tipo de comida.

O café da manhã é péssimo. Só há um elevador para duas pessoas. O outro está quebrado. Péssimo. A tecla de chamada do elevador não funciona nem no térreo nem no quinto andar. Aperta aperta e a luz não acende. Elevador péssimo. Perde-se um tempo enorme tentando chamar o elevador. Pior café da manhã que já tive em hotéis. Péssimo. Atendente do café péssima. Fica o tempo todo no celular. Café frio. Sem guardanapos na mesa. Hotel tem que melhorar muito pra chegar a bom. Nem ótimo nem excelente.

Les draps de lit son vieux, usés et même déchirés dans certains endroits. Ils étaient sales à notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain pour la sortie de douche, pas de sèche cheveux (j'ai dû le demander à la réception). Il y de l'humidité dans la chambre et salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner misérable, 2 croissants par personne et comme boisson café, thé, chocolat chaud et eau. Bruit constant du côté fenêtre (simple vitrage) et du côté couloir (assesseur qui fonctionne en continu). Cet hôtel ne devrait pas se trouver dans l'offre d'Expedia.

Decepção

Ao chegar ao hotel a roupa de cama estava suja e cheia de pelos humanos de todos os tipos. Ao reclamar trocaram, mas a impressão foi péssima. A foto do quarto que está no site não condiz com o que encontrei. O café da manhã se restringia a duas meialunas e café com leite nada mais. O chuveiro pingava muito para fora e não tinha tapete, durante o banho acabava a água fria em diversos momentos e a água escaldava.

Sem internet e furto no quarto

Se você depende do uso de internet esqueça este hotel, é simplesmente inviável se conectar pelo wi-fi deles. Além de ser uma rede super instável a velocidade é precária. Reservei este hotel com a intenção de às vezes ter acesso a coisas de trabalho mas foi uma grande frustração. O café da manhã também não é condizente com o descrito no site, não se trata de um café da manhã continental, servem apenas alguns pães e café ou achocolatado com limitação para os hóspedes. Não bastasse isso ainda tivemos um anel furtado dentro do quarto, um enorme absurdo. Fora estas frustrações as meninas da recepção são muito solícitas e a localização é boa.
